Hey, now that I think about it, Creed was really smart, not about the hair dying thing, but about what he says to Michael. First he goes to Ryan pretending to know about the website and as soon as Ryan starts talking about re training, he realizes that he is way to old for that, so he goes to Michael and tells him that basically the business has changed, and soon or later they will start hiring young people that knows how to deal with websites and computers. Creed might be crazy but he is proven to be quite smart

This is one of Creed's best moments. Usually he's just insane and mysterious, but he's actually making a good point here.

My favorite part about this scene is later when Michael gives his ageism seminar, Pam asks why the pictures from the ableism seminar are still up. To which Michael responds: “I was going to print out new pictures, but all the ink in the copier was gone.” To which the camera pans over to Creed implying he took the printer ink & used it to die his hair.
This never gets old.
I wish they've included the clip when they mention the ink of the printer was all used up and the camera instantly turns to Creed and he looks away devilishly 😂😂
