Agreed.
There are still many more retcons that break lore, not just Shady Sands, which got completely dislocated to the L. A. Boneyard for some reason.
Obsidian working on an NV remake after releasing avowed would be a license to print money.
If xbox was going to remake the older fallout games why stop at fallout 3 why not remake the pre Bethesda fallout games That are only available on pc?
They should but what style would they do it in? My personal thoughts would be in the style of wasteland 3/ BG3 modernised but keeps the isometric style.

No. They should consider a Skyrim series. With new actors using source material.
I Have a feeling that Obsidian is working on a sequel. Tim Cane quite a while ago and told that he was working as a contractor for them on a couple of projects. one of which is the second Outer worlds, and the other he can't talk about. they may announce it with a CGI at the next xbox conference
One thing that has been scuppered by the FO4 next gen update coming out is the launch of the Fallout London mega mod. The FO London mod was due to be launched April 23rd and the next gen update is supposed to launch April 25th, effectively breaking the mod after only 2 days. Sadly, the Fallout London mod is now not being launched and they are waiting for the next gen update to come out so they can see what changes this brings and what is does to this mod and all the other FO4 mods.
A Fallout tv show season 2 sounds great, as I know my mum and older brother have really enjoyed the show and are looking forward to more 😀

Not really scuppered. Just slightly delayed until the SE is fixed and the FOL team can check their mod.

I'm playing 76 now, and while I always enjoyed it back in the day (when the game let me play that is) but it is a straight up great game now. If you hated fo4 because of the diminished RPG-ability, or lackful dialogue options blablabla you probably won't like 76 either, but if you like modern Fallout, or just the show tbh, it's a great experience!
Always has been a great game imo, just got a lot of hate on the hate train.

Honestly I'm disappointed that anything from the show will only appear in fallout 76. If they put the same stuff in fallout 4 also alot more people will flock towards it. Hell if it was at a decent price in Creation Club that was the ghouls gun and outfit, Lucy's vault suit, backpack and dart gun. Maxius outfit and whatever weapon people would pick it up.
I think it would be obvious to have Obsidian start working on Fallout NV2. I really don't see them moving Bethesda off of ES6. As ES show is likewise going to be made now. As both IPs garner much support. If done right it is shown you can seriously be making tons of money. Microsoft is making a load for selling old stock Bethesda titles. It turns out the best time to have bought Bethesda. It is a matter of time they go from small screen to big screen as well now. You can't tell me this isn't teaching MS it can indeed make money off of video game IP and how a good show can make you far more money selling your games.

Im so happy that Fallout is in the spotlight again
Loved the series and waiting to play fallout 4 once it's been remade. Fallout 4 was a massive disappointment to me as i have an ultrawide monitor and had a defered tile lighting bug where i only had a decent picture two thirds of the screen, really looking forward to finally playing. I've always liked fallout and it's retro future tech if that's how you'd call it, also the music of the era really sets the mood. A good video by the way and get well soon.

F76 IS okay-ish at this Point but still far away from a good Game. I think Playercount will twindel soon....BUT the Remake/remaster of older titles...why Not...i would definitly play
