2 eggs, lightly beaten

First of all, i love the cinematic style of your intro, sir.
On to the food, i chose to watch this video ouf of all your content because this is one of those easy Asian Recipes that i am having a hard time perfecting.
Usually i use Magic Sarap / Ginisa Flavor Mix instead of granulated garlic and onion as per your instructions.
And the way i roll and fold mine, its pretty random compared to your method.
I shall definitely try your method and see if mine would turn out half as good as yours. 😁

If using minced beef as an ingredient, i don't have to pre-cook it before wrapping it up? because beef meat is usually cook longer right? won't it end up half cook if i just wrap and cook it directly?
You don’t need to pre-cook it coz it will over cook your spring roll , trust me it won’t end up half cook . Its will end up half cook if you do big one. Just deep fry it for 5 to 7 minutes deep fry it means you need to have enough cooking oil to submerge your spring rolls while you are cooking.
I cook this spring rolls every day for my customers and they love it

Yes I did, but it is optional you can skip it if you don’t like the oyster sauce taste
I feel weird putting raw meat in the wrapper. How much meat are you using for each wrapper?
Yes if feels weird if you don’t know how to do it the proper way of making and cooking spring rolls, it’s your choice if you prepared pre-cook filling, with raw fillings 2/12 to 3 tbsp fillings just placed diagonally and filling is added about 1 ½ inches away from the edge closest to you. Fold and cover the filling, then fold both sides and continue rolling tightly and seal the other edge with egg wash or cornstarch mixture, deep fryer temp at 350 degrees F Fry spring rolls about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.Keep oil heated at 350 degrees F, not too hot so it cooks through without burning your spring rolls

First time I've seen spring rolls made with raw mince. The spring roll wrappers don't take long to crisp up so would be nice to see if the filling was cooked all the way through lol
How often you cook spring rolls? 😂 You are talking about home cooked spring rolls i think right? I do this spring rolls every day i used sirloin mince beef .only 5 to 7 minutes cooking time.
