HOW TO CUT AND FRY CATFISH

I show how to cut catfish and four ways to fry catfish or any other fish. In this video I use two different styles of fish fry. One is a corn meal based fish fry from Louisiana Fish Fry and a corn flour based fish fry from Zatarain's. The type of fish fry used and the batter will determine the type of crust on the fish .
