That looks so good! It's been such a long time since I've had good catfish. It's not something that's readily available where I live, not fresh anyway, and I won't buy frozen because you never know of it's going to taste fishy! Thank you for sharing ...saving your recipe for that occasion of just in case I do get some catfish!
