Man once again I want to thank you again for these videos...I learned some of these lessons hard when I opened my lot...This is that knowledge that alot of the senior dealers hold and they just laugh at you as you buy bad cars after they have run up the price...I have learned some things too. Actually as a ford tech i like to buy focuses for dirt cheap and i flip them by refurbishing the trans' module, i recommwnd you to look into it, it's not quick by any means but it sure is nice money, just the past mont ingot a 2014 focus for 300 that didn't shift gears and spent maybe 3 bucks of flux core and sold it for 5k, pretty easy money if you have the patience
How long does it take you to fix them?

Thank you for this amazing educational video. My question is little bit out of the topic of this video. I want your recommendations on who to contact when it comes to temporary 1 to 28 day insurance for my customers? Because of not having those sources, I am loosing some deals.
Most states do not do temp insurance. And if your financing a vehicle banks will not accept it
@@LuckyLopez777 we only do in-house financing, so I don’t have to worry about the banks. So are you saying non of the dealerships in Nevada are allowed to provide this kind of insurance to there customers?
@@DailyInspirations101 if you’re doing by here pay here I would definitely recommend you keep full coverage insurance on all your cars to protect your portfolio plus if the customer doesn’t keep full coverage insurance you can go repo and depending on your state laws we do it all the time.
I use carcomplaints.com when I but for flippin and personal. I read everything on all vehicles. Most of the time you'll never be blindsided by manufacturer faults and owner errors

I would definitely recommend Texas I’m planning on opening up a dealership down there the lending laws down there much more favorable people down there have more money and there’s no state income tax

Is it still worth putting a new transmission on a tundra with 486k miles to try to flip it. According to Kelly blue book it's still says it's worth 9 k even at the worst rating. I think it's held up very good it's a single cab and it's a 2014

How much did u pay for that mazda? I saw it in person, dude its one of the most destroyed cars i saw for a year. All body messed up. Interior junk. Mechanically- probably destroyed.. I was thinking to bid no more than 1k, but even thats-too much... And why you sent back fiat to the auction if its run and drive, looks fine? I believe you can sell car with structural damage same way? It doesnt matter?
Because some cars I keep to sell through certain banks and some cars I buy for in-house that particular Fiat was for a bank so I’m just gonna send it back because they don’t do frame
