Flipping cars is one of the best businesses when done right. I totally agree on the need for a system. Systems work
Facts!!!
When you say we need to know how to fix cars, I get the impression I also need to be a mechanic also or have experience fixing car. It starts to give me the idea a person with no experience fixing cars can’t or should not get into this business. So, the main question I have to figure out for myself is should I first learn how to fix and then only get into flipping cars is what I am thinking 🤔.
Mechanical knowledge helps. but if you don't have any. find a good tech
Having diagnostic abilities is most important. Even if you dont know how to preform the work knowing what thebproblem is and roughfly what it costs to fix is important
Lucky I enjoyed the Range Rover video. It took us step by step, on how your systems is set up and decisions that were made and why. Bravo
Thanks Bob 😁👍
Lucky: Great Video, with each Video your expertise & experience shows how valuable a resource you are. Thanks
Thank you so much i appreciate
Great info! I recently started a small lot and these were some great ideas for me a few things I’ve never thought of. Maybe you’ve talked about this in other videos but something I think you should touch on in the system is how to know what is a good deal. Most of the time you need to be able to decide this very quickly in order to get something bought no matter the seller because there are always others interested. I have found in this crazy market there have been even more deals than usual. 1 because people hear about the market and think they can get a lot for their vehicle that’s been sitting out back so they throw it online for what they heard they could get when in reality it’s worth more. 2 because people are buying absolutely anything so cars I would normally never buy I have been flipping like crazy lately. Won’t last forever but it has been awesome to ride the wave while it’s here. I’m definitely going to try some of these tactics as things slow down in the market and I need more cars.
I do. check out my channel
great tips and good motivation here, thank you! I flip cars part time. I am super slow at it and still getting my garage setup ready and I have a 2009 nissan versa lined up for my first flip that I bought last year for $500. it's worth around 2k and is in good shape. needs a bumper and it runs super rough. like on 2 cylinders. i'm thinking its a simple fix though like a coil pack or something. tomorrow I'm doing a compression test to see if the engine is good or not. I left my full time job for a 30 hour a week job as a mechanic to free up time to start this business! it's extremely stressful and overwhelming but im super confident and excited to begin. I also found a 2008 ford escape on fb marketplace that im taking a look at this weekend in my area to get my second flip lined up! they're asking 1000. interior is perfect looking and needs a transmission. im going to rent a trailer from uhaul. try to offer them 750 and tow it home if i can arrange a time!
If it needs a transmission you're probably only one of a few buyers.
Offer 500 and wait.
True talk lucky, there isn't a school that will teach you this and thanks for the education
My pleasure. thanks for watching
Yaay, Lucky!! Roots rock stuff that anybody can do to get started in flipping, profitably. EPIC SHIT!!!
Yessss.
Great info brother. My license came this week it's onnn
Nice. What city and state you open up at
@@LuckyLopez777 Wilmington Delaware
Some of mobile mechanics takes cash but their is no reports or paper works that car had issues and repair is done for customers
Just here to comment and like.......for the you tube algorithm
Yesssss!!!!
I buy at wrecker auctions online. There are always 2-5 great deals each auction. The only real issue is the title issues. It takes 3-5 months to even get the title paperwork. Great if you want time to work on the cars over time but sucky if you’re trying to quick flip.
wow 3-5 months
Why is this guy bringing me donuts every week..Is it cars he really wants :)..lol
🤣🤣🤣
Super fun finds! Congrats on those.
Thanks a bunch! Mondays video will be fun
Begining years ago if you bought a car for 300 and auctioned it for five hundred thevonly people who made money was the auction.
I have found on my job the same thing donuts or sodas a 12 pack.
Great tips!
😁🙌
What’s your favorite way to sell cars and why? In house financing, cash, third party financing, or through auction?
Hyundai sonata BHPH
Solid advice! Love the video
Thanks 🙏. Trying to put out good content
What's up with the website? Videos do not work. Was looking for help getting people financed. I paid for the Dealer License & Training.
It’s working? Email us Lucky@Automotivelife.com
Beautiful car, would you ever be interested in Building a Ford GT40 from RCR? It might be a cool project
I would love to Build one. but $40k. plus another $40k to finish. is tuff to pay all cash lol
For sure, no one on UA-cam has a quality build video. It could be a great promotional piece or good UA-cam material. Just something to think about.
@@Couple_a_Cooks Hopefully they will send me a free kit 😁👍
As a wholesaler, what about online auctions such as eBay, auto.com, Autotrader, etc.
Wholesales can sell to the public. you can only sell to Auctions and Dealerships thats it
Sounds like maybe the donut business is the way to go xD
Facts lol. It’s a $200-300 day for donuts 🍩
Luck
Opening a lot in north Carolina and I was wondering if you can tell me which banks do independently
I would start with westlake
Very true
Who does independent dealers floorplans in North Carolina?
Which banks do independently own places?
You have to set up a call for that one
Cool video! For the time required to 'part' a car, is it worth it for $200?
We dont touch the car they pull the parts. not us :)
Do you need a dealer license for buying REPO ? in NV
I was wondering as a wholesale dealer can I flip my cars in a public auction, as well as a dealer auction?
Dealer auction yes. You can’t do anything with the public.
