I miss the BBQ Pitmaster show that was on TV many years ago. This lady reminds me of those excellent Pitmaster's and it is a joy to watch someone do it so good. I have been up all night many a times smoking meats & cooking for a family get together the next day. Doing this on Christmas eve is one of the best times for me. Working on our deck by the pond with all the lights with a great drink for the evening. Shalom

Que buena combinación de técnicas e ingredientes, solo me saltó que la tortilla que trató de hacer su mami estaba cruda y gruesa, falta hacerlo bien solamente. Mi admiración a Kelly.
Ever since forever I've thought Texas BBQ and tortillas/tacos/tamales was a match made in heaven. Finally!!! Too bad I'm halfway across the country from Texas - one day...
As a south Texan I love seeing a little spotlight on our regional style of BBQ. Meaning more Mexican spice meets Texan techniques. Not sure about the dirty smoke, but I bet it’s still delicious!
