This song is over 10 years old, but amazing how the weird lyrics fit the current pandemic including a references to coming down with "some new Asian virus", facing your fear, and how to treat your others in times like these. This video also brings back good memories of U2's 360 tour. MekVox, this is some of your best work - great editing and audio.
@goreptile I do believe they have been trying to tell us what is going on for a number of years now, and they are not alone. They are a part of the elite now........the elite know what is happening...

They really should play this song more often. It's a gem. The 00s produced some of the best U2 songs, including Electrical Storm, Original of the Species, Breathe, Window in the Skies.

That was absolutely amazing..the lights, the size of the crowd, the energy.. I'm a 45 yesr-old long-time U2 fan, who loves Rattle and Hum and who has seen countless UA-cam U2 concert performances.. This may be the best one..right up there with Streets at Slane..

When wasn't something U2 did criticised ?
You can go all the way back to Sunday Bloody Sunday, a song that has done more for peace in Ireland than any British Politician ever did.
But it was U2 that wrote it so it was perceived as a song used to inspire terrorist recruitment. Listening to the words tells you all you need to know, but that was too difficult for those that wanted to hate instead of using whatever skills they had to create peace.

That was excellent. I saw the first US leg and the second. Have to say I really liked Breathe as an opener. Very tasty guitar leads and bass interaction. I had forgotten how well it had worked as it was dropped in 2011. Thanks Mek Vox, never disappointed with your posts.

Opened Cardiff with it, if the roof had been closed it would have blown it off, storming performance of it! No reason to drop it as an opener, and it didn't appear on the rose bowl main concert disc very strange, started with get on your boots cack! Now that's no opener!!!!!!
@@tone743 Totally. "Boots" is just awful by their standards. Saw this tour in Dublin. It was LOUD man and as usual the locals gave off about all the lorries coming in and out and the general noise of work being done. Dublin is the only city on Planet Earth that U2 always seem to have a problem doing outdoor shows in.
Bona Drag “Even Better than the real thing fish out of water remix” replaced it.
