Bang a rang! Another great review. I picked up one of the b grade taichis a while ago. They’re awesome and a lot more compact than a drum mag. As for the catch issue with the koto could just be slight differences in molds etc... could likely be easily fixed with some slight modification. I had a mag or mag adaptor that acted similar. It would almost lock in but not quite. I think I ended up just trimming away a small bit of the plastic around the opening where the catch goes in the mag and that fixed the issue.
Crazy long magazines aside though, one thing came to my mind recently that I think would be absolutely absurd for Nerf: a fully functional arm cannon similar to Samus Aran's arm cannon in the Metroid games.
Oh I am buying the green Taich magazines for my Jurassic pro and my new project after my short dart bolt action retaliator with the mediator, integrated with the front barrel. Would you like to read what I have planned? P.S. the mags are available in a low ROF as well! Happy Star Wars day everyone!
Was considering picking up some of the kodas for my dictator. Pump action blaster with a high capacity without having to deal with a foot long mag jetting out. Plus fewer reloads 😅
Idk how true this is for the koda. But I know my meowser had some issues with tachi mags due to the pusher guide at the top that prevented the mag from being pushed as high as it naturally should go. Maybe something more extreme is happening with the koda? Ended up fixing it by printing with an experimental pusher guide that doesn’t cover the top.
If you ever felt like doing a durability test on the Koda mags, I feel like Ire and her undermounted Titan tank and the brass breech attachment would yield the most consistent data. Of course, that may be regarded as a bit extreme and silly
Strange. My Koda catches in my Meowsers. They don't feel like they're clicking in quite the same as a standard talon, but inserting the mag with purpose it catches and holds in fairly securely. I can pull it out without the mag release being depressed (can't do that with normal talons), but it's not going to fall out on its own. Could be a combo of the newer catch nothc design of the Koda and the mag release spring that was used in yours might need to be a bit stouter.
The OOD webpage for the Tachis had a fair amount of reviews speaking to the Tachis being fragile and breaking easily. Can anyone speak to that here? For 24 dollars, I want to be sure I have a product that won't break instantly.
Apparently another big feature of the Kota mag is the material also takes vinyl dye extremely well
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that.
We have been Decieved! Bamboozeld! Hoodwinked even!
We've been smeckledorfed
@@ofearghailthefearless6481 That's not even a word, and I agree with ya!
The brass wheels are perfect for high ROF due to their extra weight
Can't really do braking with them otherwise you'll damage your motors with them
Awesome blasters and magazines. Thanks for the video. Bangarang!
Yes! Been curious about these. May the 4th be with you as well Captain!

Hook it up to a Proton Pack and it'll be a decent representation of the Power Beam!
Nice! might just pick some up! Also, neat transitions

May the 4th be with you. Great video as always. Keep up the great work.

I love little technical glitches, cause it means I aint the only one who has them.
I have a Tachi and it's awesome but I didn't know there was another mag

Well… today’s revenge of the fifth day too, so you still have a chance for a Star Wars range day

You can change the pewpew full auto duration in the advanced menu.
Does the Tachi also fit in the Dictator?
tachi does not fit in the dictator. It curves too much.
29 or 23 plus one in the dart gate ready to fire.
