Ja sam lingvista-prevodilac i menadžer u turizmu.

This would certainly be great to visit as many cities as I can, but i'm unfortunately on a budget and I don't own a car to go around. Most of my time, I work from home and watch videos from UA-cam, showing some of the cities in Serbia.
Honestly, I liked Zlatibor so much, but it's a very small and touristic city. Lots of houses are being built there 💗

Maybe that Svetofor russian market is what you are missing, from a food perpective. They have like 18 shops in about 18 different cities in Serbia. Couple month back i heard they are planing to open 22 more by the end of this year... so maybe it will be in you city too. Somewhere seems is called Svetefor market, somewhere MERE market... something like that.

Brother the reason u didnt find blins is because we make them at home...its actually odd that you were even looking to buy them in a store...and also you cam find like bigger blins in fastfood places(salty or sweet) sometimes just sweet...but they are bigger and they are served im the triangle form usually...not rolled up like you can do with homemade blins...im not sure how novi sad is but in belgrade they are pretty comon in almost all fastfood places

Yeah, the unwritten rule in Serbia is to never order things online, especially tech and electronics, they will most likely screw up your order.
    Always go in person.
It's funny you mentioned the RAM, I actually needed the same one, DDR 3, 8GB, went to Gigatron store and bought it, it works just fine.

Unfortunately, almost everything doubled in price in Serbia in the last 3-4 years. The president will brag on TV about the 5-10% increased monthly salaries, which is not nearly enough to cover the ridiculous change of prices in the past few years. As for heating, most people outside of city centers live in houses so they either buy wood or go and get wood from forests by themselves to keep warm during winter.

As for the choice and prices of tech commodities, we are suffering from being a small market, import cartels and taxes and dues on imports.
The banks are horrible, regulations from 1970s are still in place and banks were very slow to catch up with modern features and digitize their processes. Some are better than others, though, PŠ and Komercijalna are horrible.

I live in Serbia almost a year for now! The most disappointing, speaking of food, is that fish is too expensive and the choice is poor. The other seems fine for me. And seems that opening an account on raffizen was a good choice, not a lot of paperwork, and they gave me a card in two weeks... Not days, but still ok.

There are certain stores that are much cheaper I live in Nis very south Serbia but maybe u have them in Novi Sad *(čiča ričo) ofc its very limited what u can buy there but bigger stores I would advice Tempo but i heard that DIS is cheaper in Novi Sad dunno never been there tho I often buy in IDEA because they are everywhere and are closer but more expensive and often u can get "scammed" like u see once price on the shelf (im not sure about this word) often lower anyways but they charge u more when u go to pay and often they say we forgot to change the price which is sceptical, but look for price reductions and stack up I go to store and see noodles for half the usual price and buy 2x 3x more then usual and stack them up but ofc check the date often they drop the prices for things that will go bad soon, what can I say things are mad expensive and pay is minimal if u work for a frim u can be payed 60/70k if u work for some random guy he will pay u 42k (keep in mind this is for Nis it is different up there but similar) which is minimal but often they give bonuses in firms and random places gives a raise, in firms u dont get raise but u get more and more bonuses based on weekends if u work them (if u dont u get fired LOL) etc.

Well my friend, even though I was born here, I feel the same whenever I come back to Novi Sad, every time it feels less New and much more Sad :))
Customer support is a crap (as a very few people have monopoly over the market), apps are crap, banks are crap too, but you chose the absolute worst one. Better try Raiffeisen bank, their app is kinda ok and their services are pretty much fine as well.
Regarding the food I believe no one ever heard about pelemni and chebureki :)) (although you can try piroska or panceroti, it seems to be pretty close to it) however tartar sauce and caesar dressing are pretty common, you should be able to find them. Other then that I hope someone of the fellows Russians will open a shop here which will better understand the demands.
    Cheers, and take care.

If you move to Belgrade you will have Vero supermarkets with lower prices than Maxi and with much bigger choices.
You should also consider getting a new apartment where there is AC/electric heating, so you can pay for just what you used, not during the whole year, which is the way our lovely country is ripping us off for decades (while in socialism this made some sense as the country invested in lots of things to improve the standard. Last 20 years they just take the money in their own pockets, since they are the elite, and we are simply slaves..)
But imagine if the people was bad and unfriendly.. Luckily that's not the case in Serbia, even though we are totally brainwashed by western propaganda, especially for the past 10 years.. While Russia was getting up from its knees after the 90's here in Serbia the opposite happened. All the progress you see is on the surfice and totally superficial.. Keep that in mind all the time.
    Best of luck brother 😘

Serbia is late with IT and digital service, unfortunately, often people without the right schooling work at a workplace and then you have the result of bad service. When it comes to Russian food, you have 2 Russian shops in Belgrade, one of them is called Svetafor, the other can't remember the name but you can see if they have the products you are missing. Good luck adapting in Serbia as there is a lot that can be improved but due to bad politics in the country everything is slow. They can't remove graffiti or improve garbage disposal and ecology, which is not that difficult, then you understand how everything else is.
