I wonder if it will ever be possible for machine learning to do this sort of thing or even just aid with it. So many old games really deserves the whole voxel treatment.. Even Nightdive doesn't do it. The new Star Wars remastered would have been so awesome with voxel models.
Top notch work on those voxels. Not to dismiss on the hard work of the high res pack fellas, I know they poured a lot of sweat on their works, but the modern-ish 3d models never looked quite right for me, the sudden movements just don't fit for me. Subscribed and looking forward to playing those great 2.5d titles with your voxel mods.

My only critique is that the center of the Gatling Gun from the front of it needs to be sunk in a bit more as the diagonal sprite shows the barrels extend further than it. Other than that, great model! 👍

The voxel development skills that you reached is exquisite! The battlelord in voxel space, have more sense to me than the 2d sprites. Great Work
