If you find this too easy for you try to increase the speed so it could be more challenging, in the listening exam there won't be a time interval for you to write the number as you remember it since the conversation might go to the second question immediately, I guess that's the main difference.

The first part of the exam is most difficult for me otherwise the rest of the exam is ok . But today I did 8 out 8 correctly and am divinin whether I was just lucky, or I have became better with previous practice videos, or you accent was great! I need other videos to check! Thank for your work!!

But i think that, in ielts exams "0"(zero) is spelled as "oh".

Be prepared for both pronunciations of the number "0". It could be "zero" or "oh". It is more likely that "zero" will be used for the number so that "oh" can be used for the letter.
