I had a question... in case of pin codes which is a mix of alphabet and numbers....and if they say 'Oh' should we type the number zero or the alphabet O?
I like the idea, but I would have appreciated if you had chosen more different letters and numbers. It is quite repetitive. Z and C is also a challenge, E and I is a challenge for Germans, too. Also it would be nice to have an exercise like this for higher numbers, because often I would hear numbers being spoken as forty-four, for example, instead of four, four. Keep it up, you're creative!
Pronouncation 'O' means '5', and 'E' is '2' in Korea... So it made me confudes sometimes. Anyways thanks for your video. it is really helpful! Pius, I love ur thumbnail ;)
Thank you so much for this exercise! I have one question: is it necessary to add a space between some of the numbers (as shown on the video) for the ielts test? I mean, if I wrote all figures without any space in between them, would it count like a mistake? Thanks in advance :)
I have a question. When they say O in ielts in postal code, is the answer supposed to be O or 0? Since the postal code can have both letters and numbers, and 0 is commonly pronounced as O.
Hello, teacher. Congratulations to your channel and thank you very much for being helping English learners! Does it matter using commas and dots interchangeably? Because, in my country, commas separate decimals and dots are used for thousands.
the challenge for me is that i need time to think about what i heard just now but there is no such a reaction time for me in a fluently normal sentence
Hello. One question please? In the number 8 code, I heard you spelled /ou/, and I thought you spelled letter 'O', but in the answer you gave, it's number '0' (zero). So the number '0' is not only spelled /'ziərou/, but also /ou/? If that's true, so when someone spells /ou/, how can I know if they are referring to letter 'O' or number '0'? Thank you.
That is a good question. In the real exam the letter "O" will be pronounced as "owe" while the number "0" will be said as "zero". I spoke incorrectly for number eight.
I am strggling trying to catch the letters, is there a way on I can difference the pronounciation, of some letters, can you tell me where can I find the pronounciation of the letters, they dont sound as I was taught.
I want that you provide the whole sentences at Answer key. Sometimes I have trouble listening to some sounds. EG: in sentence 6, there's a phrase that I guess "Golden commando". Is it right?
sir what is the difference between the pronunciation of B and V .l have listened your videos two or three time but l could understand otherwise your video was great
