Hey AJ, thanks for the video. I just got a new steam deck and I’ve been troubleshooting for days. The Stream Deck does not recognize that eCamm is open. None of the plugin buttons work. I can program the hot keys but not of presets. (I’ve reinstalled twice). Any insight? Thank you

Yes it is. Use the source option in the stream deck control software
Hi bro, thanks for the great video. We use obs and WE on mac, and I use a clicker for my slides during sermon. I was just wondering if you had any experience of being able to use stream deck while changing slides on WE? I've noticed if our tech guy has obs selected, then my clicker will change the scenes, rather than the slides!
Unless there is a direct key command in WE, then the streamdeck will send commands to the program in focus. There is no way around this unless there is a command going directly to WE like the start stream command for OBS
Do you have any experience with stream deck in propresenter on a macbook pro? Can I assign buttons to bibles, or live, etc., with that thing?
As long as the program has shortcut keys it will work. If it doesn't then something custom would need to be written.
Can the Stream Deck be used for non-streaming, or are there better tools for that? We use projectors with large screens. I haven't been able to find a way to transition from app to app in full screen to different browser tabs, applications, etc. The result is either visible mouse-play, or using the projector remote to drop to blue screen for long enough to make the change, which normally involves leaving full screen, making the change, and restoring full screen, then bringing the projector back up... it's really janky, regardless of how smoothly I pull it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yes it can. I use one for video editing, Photoshop, zoom, turning on what lights, etc
Good morning AJ and God bless I so appreciate meeting you you have been an inspiration to me and my wife cuz we're new and getting ready to start live streaming for church as well as personal ministries for Jesus now to my question.? Can you use the elgato string deck either version mini 15 but North XL with the YOLO live box cuz I just purchased the yolo live box, and after being introduced to this elgato strain that many that was seem very cool if I can hook that up to the YOLO box some is that possible thank you for your response?
Hello, no the stream deck does not interface with the yolobox.
Thank you for getting back with me in a nice pace you asked me what tools I we're using we're going to be using zoom Facebook and UA-cam that's one of the reasons why I bought the YOLO live box I like them Mobile on this of it is simple but here at the house we're going to be using her Apple tablet or my Windows PC which I have OBS on it and I'm aware that the stream box from elgato will work with the obs but I was just kind of hoping that that will work with the yellow live box I'm new at the streaming but I'm not new at videoing I'm a photographer by trade as well as me as well as a videographer but doing a live stream working the cameras and everything my wife will be doing the broadcast I'll be working behind the scenes something that we're tag teaming to do is one bring forth ministries to the people she's the associate pastor at my church Church of the living God Jewel Dominion Cleveland Ohio

I am just getting into this, I plan to get a ATEM mini pro with an Elgato Stream Deck XL, I just ordered a Rode podcaster Pro and a Shure SM7B I use streamyard and Zoom because it was too investing learning OBS. My work is similar to yours. Church services and Bible study. All self invested. hope maybe I can connect with you to get started with my mini project. Can I share my contact info. Great video and thank you! I downloaded the software, the stream deck is plugged in and everything seems to function perfectly except the website command. I've copied and pasted the entire url and still, the issue remains. Also, when changing the icon for each key, everything works except "create icon" button. I have to manually go to elgato's website. I've uninstalled twice and redownloaded it, but I'm having the same problem.. please help!!
Try and run the app in administrator mode and see if that helps. Sounds like a permissions issue to browse your system files
Good morning hope all is well, Ive been trying to figure this one out, and for the most part ive got SD up and running. My question is how would be able to actually get the camera to switch, ive got it to work in OBS, but cant get it to go in VMIX, I'm using NDI btw. Again thank you for your all the help you give us.
Are you talking about getting the stream deck to work with vmix?

Brother AJ I have another question for you and we're talking about trying to use this product with the YOLO live but here's the product I'm about to spell this out for you cuz I can't pronounce it so let me type it in beringer x32 digital mixer soundboard could that be used with the YOLO live box?
Yes it can, you just need to convert the audio out into a 3.5mm stereo cable for the Yolobox audio input
