This is great, thanks for the tutorial! A comment for those using this with LightKey, the Preset panel on the right is a great way to build up Presets, although the Cue List (Live Triggers) is a better place to run lighting commands from. This is because you can have multiple cues active at the same time, rather than just a single Preset. Simply switch to the "Live" tab (From Design, near the bottom), and then drag a Prest onto the Live Triggers page, and a button will appear. You can leave it a button, or if your OSC controller has a fader or a rotary knob, you can switch it to a fader. From there, pressing the button can activate or deactivate the Live Trigger, and if you've got multiple (Like Side lights blue, front lights red), you can activate them both separately, or together, by toggling each one. Also note that if you drag things into Live Triggers, and they're touching at the sides when you drag them (Line will change from blue to red), then they become mutually exclusive, and enabling one will disable all the others that it's bordering. This allows the background lights to only have one colour selected at a time, for example, and the other colours are deactivated.
Hi Nathan, great content as usual! Can you post a link to the video you reference here at 8:48 on how to set up the foh computer and push to the streaming computer? Thanks again. for what you do.
I've set up groups but they almost never work on the stream deck. Created the preference, picked the name I wanted for the video, chose the same on the stream deck but they don't work often. Do they need to be foreground or background to work correctly? Or am I missing something else
@@CrazyAmazingDesignshi, yes both are on the same computer and I currently have a back and forward button on the stream deck that works with Propresenter 7.
I've found that it only works with the slides set to a group within the specific presentation group when the presentation is active. So for us we have a pre service ready presentation and then a tv slides presentation. If I click anywhere in our pre service set, it works but not any other presentation and vice versa
I am having the same issue. I have setup slide buttons, clear audio, clear all, 4 macros, and 4 groups. Everything but the groups work… any progress for anyone dealing with this issue? Also, is there a way to custom (midi) a button? Would like to have a button that shows/hides the timer in my messages.

Great Info! Thank You for the comment. -Nathan R
Super helpful video

I love my Stream Decks!
Me too!
Love my StreamDeck! I’ve been curious if I could use a StreamDeck+ rotary knob for a dimmer configuration for a light fixture in LightKey.
I have not tried this, I'm guessing you would need to use Companion to make this happen. -Nathan

I’m on an airplane about to leave, I can’t link it. But you can find it 4 videos back. -Nathan

My lightkey scene turns on but won’t turn off.
Huh. On might only turn the fixtures on; you might also need to create an off-scene. -Nathan
Hi did you figure out why it won’t turn off the scene, i am having the same problem it turns it on but not off

Hi Wayne, That's weird. Is the software and StreamDeck on the same computer? Do other control functions work from StreamDeck to Pro7? -Nathan

Спасибо за краткость
"Thanks for the brevity" Yes, Glad to have you here. -Nathan R
Mine won’t let me copy and past osc to stream deck
Can you copy and paste the Osc commands to anywhere? Like Notepad.
