Is anyone else getting antsy about them moving into the house to do all the finishings? I can't imagine how anxious they must be! Love their videos. close to 2 years.
Incredible a house from the ground up . Its amazing what you guys have done. Things you wouldn't think of. That is essential and makes life easier. You guys literally thought of everything. And staying humble and positive the entire time . Doing everything together just the two of you is so awesome. Its definitely inspiring. When it's all finished you can look back at this entire journey and say " Wow we did this ourselves and together "
You guys are a great couple! I love the day you post! Glad you were able to get it together and collect the rain! I love the mystery paint. I do that when I share my projects sometimes 🙂
Because of you guys, I decided to try making a catchment system to provide water for my garden this year. There is something so satisfying about going out after a rainstorm and my three 32 gallon garbage cans are full of harvested rain. I have only used rainwater this year and it's awesome. Thanks!
I've said it many times before, but I'm so proud of you both. You kids have an inner strength and wonderful bond that will carry you through this journey together. It looks like your dream isn't too far away and I will miss not seeing you and your sweet little baby of yours. But I will enjoy every episode from here till the end, as I have each week. Stay safe, healthy and happy.
I'm not sure how I feel about Life Uncontained mastering of time travel but Spenser is involved and its already been confirmed he can figure out anything.
Hey, you two; Sure have loved watching you build your home from scratch. For someone with no experience I'd say both of you should be very proud. Looking forward to more video's.
I think Ferdinand is a little angry you took his peaceful piece of the land and he wants back!! At least have him over for dinner and grill out some chicken!! Lol Peace offering is always good...By the way I’m guessing the house color is a light color in the family of beige?? Tfs 💕👍😎
This channel always raises my spirits with every new video. Been laid up with three knee surgeries for the last 15 months and you two have been helping me stay cheerful with each video post. Keep up the great work and may God bless you and your little one :)
@joe I'm so sorry, 3 knew surgeries in 15 months is a lot of pain. I've had a knew replaced and I have felt pain. I hope you heal soon and then can be pain and knew surgery free. @family building this container: you sure are doing an amazing job. I hope that Tiffinie whoever is telling lies. I would be crushed to find out that we all had been duped by McKenzie and Spenser. I want to believe them, instead.
And just like that it was over! Truly the highlight of my week, but am always a little sad to see these videos finish. What sound does a frog make ? 🤣🤣🤣I'll bet you guys were so happy to see that rain falling. Loved the trip back in time. Spencer getting flustered, McKenzie gives him a hug and he's smiling again. That's a tight family! Not sure who does the editing of these videos, but kudos to you. Just excellent work.
Your videos provide valuable information, along with genuine love, joy, humor and kindness. You are all a blessing, and I cannot thank you enough for the time and effort put into making and sharing your experiences.💙💜💗 You're extremely inspirational. Thank you.
Awwwww. Hat was really lovely. You both have that tired look on your faces that comes with a baby. I’ve had two babies. They’re now adults. You will never sleep the same way again. It’s a part of being a parent. I’m so pleased your rain arrived, what a gift 💝. Take care.. Love from Australia xx🥰
If we all share, we can help them get to a million. good luck guys, my wife and I have been watching since your first video. may the lord bless you both.
Very glad you arrived where you needed to be with this project, though I have the feeling that you will need several wet days to bring things back to the way that you need them to be. I agree with the comments about junior, soon it is not only the bull who will need to be kept from the lake.

You guys motivated me to get up and try something different.. because at first I was so down and depressed and seeing u guys build a house from nothing.. and I wouldnt even build a sandwich. Made me look at life differently. So thank you guys. Love the show

Very cute 🐱. You are a pleasure to watch always happy and smiling with a creative touch in what you do and in presentation. The change to black and white brought back memories for me and the final shot with you looking out if the window with Beau was very touching. Thanks so much for sharing the journey ❤️.
Getting the downpour would have been such a relief. I sooooo enjoy watching the progress of your build and appreciate the interaction between the two of you. You've a super cool relationship.
I love your updates and watch how you container home is progressing i built my own home and love the idea of building using containers Im currently converting a crafter van to tour Europe in and may be when we return start looking for land to build my container castle keep up the good work
I’ve been watching since you first started building the footers! Love you guys a lot this has even made me and my girlfriend want to do this one day! Keep it up it looks so amazing!
Hope you guys made through that rain from the hurricane. Good timing on the catchment system. ;) Might I suggest a floating fence for the pond? Try to find some styrofoam blocks from a dock or a pier. You can build your new floating dock further out into the pond, with a ramp, and let that be your fence to block the bull. You could also use some 55gl. barrels to build a pontoon for the platform if you can't find foam blocks for cheap. That way, no matter how high or low the water in the pond, the dock and ramp will be at the right level. :)
I grew up on a farm. When we did dishes we would put water in a dish basin for rinsing. U can find them at dollar stores. I bought dollar store kitty litter boxes and use them to wash and rinse my dishes when camping. So u could use ur sink for washing and the the dish basin for rinsing. Then ur not having to turn the tap on and off as well. Just a thought!
I'm definitely interested in the Build, in Bear, in Beau, BUT the love these two have for each other just jumps off the screen and gives me the happies! Looking forward to the color reveal.
A curiosity question. Why not drill a well? Is the yearly rainfall amount in your part of Texas fairly predicable? Love that you've shared your adventure! Thank you!
I didn't see Bear ❓ Just Love Your Little Family 💞💙❣️ I live in Upstate NY and just had to have 3,000 gallons of water delivered into my well. It's been a VERY dry Summer for sure. Thankfully it only cost me $150.00. Your Bull is very smart but I sure wouldn't want to go in that water with that HUGE snake in there, especially the snakes in Texas ‼️ Baby Beau is so PRECIOUS 😍❣️
I just wanted to comment and say, you guys have become my favorite UA-cam site/ homesteaders! I honestly look forward to seeing each weeks installment on your family’s journey and all that that has entailed! You are both very special people and your baby is very fortunate to have such loving, capable, fun-loving adults as parents! God bless you both!
I used to live in Maui, was on a catchment system. We didn’t use for drinking, so regardless still had to haul water, 15 gal/week. Ours was a 40,000 gal system that fed 3 houses on the property. I remember times in the summer where you had to be mindful of usage, then in the winter, get so much rain it would overflow. It’s amazing how much water you could catch off 1 house.
that was a great video. brought a smile to my face when Spencer got all shy and blushy. nice to see you guys have your water system back up and running. another welcome relief for a few minutes of the day.
I've watched a lot of your videos on this and you guys have inspired me to try and do the same thing. Watching these makes me think of things I wouldn't have have ever noticed. For me, water is going to be my biggest struggle. I found a 120 acre lot, but it's in Nevada, where I live, and rain is almost non existent. Seeing you guys come from nothing to this, is just incredible and no matter the obstacle, I'll get past it because THIS is what life is about. Not living paycheck to paycheck with absolutely nothing to show for it other than a "Job". Please dont stop making content!
Just a little suggestion I’m from Jamaica and when we wash dishes we use like a wash basin. So what we do is fill up the basin to your desired amount of water you want to rinse all the dashes this way you don’t have to turn the pipe back on and this saves tons of water. Love you guys btw ❤️
I'm in the other part of the world from you,I saw your channel about two months ago and I just had to see all the previous ones (in two days). I'm deeply touched about your determination in chasing your dream despite all obstacles, the things that all who gave you 🖓surely doesn't have. Keep your faith and stay safe 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒.
I Enjoy watching my favorite couple. And my favorite baby and dog Bear. ❤️💜💕I’m so proud of the two of you. Keep Loving on each other, helping each other, and Blessing others through your Journey.👍🙏😊❤️😘
You will find that when you're not looking and with a person you least expect. 😉 I remember when I was happily single & one day a girlfriend pointed out a guy in our complex and said, now there's a guy I could see you with. I knew him but just as a neighbor. I said, "ohhh gosh no way! He's NOT at all my type."😖 My friend set us up, as in tricked us, and had a game night. I had a few drinks and before I knew it she had us chatting up a storm. I realized he was a nice guy. Anyway after a few chats and getting to realize he was really a good man, he asked me out and we've never been apart since. That guy that wasn't "that attractive" or "my type" turned into the best looking man I've ever laid eyes on because I learned how great he was and I fell in love with everything about him. Sorry but I needed to share that with you because I know what it feels like to be single and look only at attractive people but not give everyone an open and honest opportunity to get to know you and vise versa. You'll be surprised when you find that one person, it probably won't be love at first sight like in the movies. But when you fall in love you will only see their incredible beauty and everything about them will be amazing. Best of luck. Keep your heart open and your eyes closed! 😉😊🙏🏼
@@Cyndy101 You have an amazing girlfriend, she could see what could be. You are right, beauty comes from within the heart, not looks. To marry just for looks is asking for a divorce later, trust me, I know.
I'm glad yall got it up and running in time. I do think it is something to think about even us people that live in cities to think about our water use.
Thank you Spencer, I love your work. I've learned a lot by just watching you work. When I build my home, I will know how they are supposed to do things, and if they don't do a decent job, I can pretty much tell where they messed up and have them fix it. Thank you.
Hey, when y’all get around to doing something with that deck going into the pond, you should consider building a floating deck out of the blue plastic 55 gallons drums, and building a wooden deck on about 6, 8 or 10 barrels! I’ve seen people make pontoon boats out of a bunch of them! Y’all are doing great! It’s a treat watching it all come together for you two (now 3)! Also, some 2”x6” boards along the fence top rail, close to the pond and even into the pond, MIGHT keep that bull contained, and outta your back yard!?!
@@freedomisnotfree9129 Think they talked about adding another some video's back. Knowing how 'dry' Texas gets in the summer. Having more storage would be nice for them.
you are an awesome couple. mackensey has always got a lovely smile and is so good at helping with all types of work.Spenser has done a fantastic job of converting the Containers into a thing of beauty, you are a perfect couple and i am very happy for both of you. well done.
Hiya. Tip for saving water and not having to run the water to wait for it to get hot. It will cost a little money, but adding recirc loops to the hot side is really not that expensive. There is a little pump you put into the system at each hot outlet, then the pump is energized and you cycle the cold water in the hot line that would normally go down the drain back into the cold side, which also pushes cold into the bottom of the hot water heater, it pulls the hot from the tank up to the faucet, and the extra water just goes back into the cold side, not down the drain. The best one's have a thermostatic control so they would automatically shut off when it senses hot water. You could also hook it up to a motion sensor so the pump kicks on when you enter the room and hot water will be ready at the sink or shower when you need it. In the kitchen, you may want to just have a switch so the pump doesn't cycle every time you go through the kitchen. All of that water you normally run down the drain waiting for hot water , just recirculates back onto the system, It saves a lot of water, and they are very easy to install. I think the water they save pays for them pretty quickly.
Where’s Bear?? 😭😭 he wasn’t in this episode and I’m sad! I love seeing you guys and the progress on the house, but the chocolate cuteness just gets me every tine!
I can't believe Spencer that you did everything yourself including the electrical and plumbing installation. I thought you were going to let the professionals do those cause you said you didn't know anything about building houses before. Did you just learn as you did these things? Amazing!!!
I love your hous and work. Can i give some advice. Might be late but here goes..... Connect all the tanks overflows and keep 1 that is the final overflow. Little higer than the inter connecting overflows. Close the bottom valve on the 1 st tank and maby 2 tank. So they will always be full. When you run out of water you still have 1 or 2 tanks full and you know exactly howmuch water you have left..... hope it helps and enjoy the work Cant wait for the finished house
420 420 I’m aware. However those tanks will be a breeding ground. It won’t be long if left untreated that they grow a lot of gunk and clog filters. Maybe even get bacteria past the UVC in the pump house.
You might want to look into getting a well drilled. I'm guessing water isn't that far down seeing as there is a lake/pond next to your property. The drilling company would have a good guess on how deep it is in your area. Of course you can also pull water from the roof of the barn if the roof is metal. A water well is normally the very first thing you investigate when homesteading before you purchase a property. I've also seen people just build a big flat roof that's only a foot off the ground for the sole purpose of collecting water. If it will work out in the desert it would work there.
Dude this is fake, they've made hundreds of 1000's on the way to millions off of this channel. Can't call the channel Life in a Prefab Custom home now, can you?. They aren't living in that thing. Exactly why THEY won't DRILL A WELL. It's not like TEXAS Doesn't have PLENTY of AQUAFIERS. Wouldn't surprise me if these people weren't scouted out and cast by CEO Wojcicki herself.
@@rodsallthingchina8184 i don't think you know how UA-cam works my man. They probably make more from the patreon than this channel. They haven't hit a million yet and ads dont make as much as you think. And yea they dont live in it yet. Thats the whole point of this series. Them building a home. Maybe they don't want to spend the money on a well. or maybe the plan in the future is to have a well for emergency use. We dont know yet.
G'day guys! I know it's frustrating when you are confronted with a 'problem' every time you turn around, but that feeling you get when things work out!!! I can remember that water collection was a massive pain in the bum for us, as we did not know a lot about anything back then, but to realize everything is up and running by the time those rains hit the steel roofing was the biggest high!!! I still relive those times whilst watching you as you forge ahead with your home! Stay well, stay safe, and I'll see you in the next video ❤

You guys could plum in the dam water for your toilet and washing, it will save you heaps. That's how we do it on our family farm in Australia 🙂
I'm always amazed how Spencer is handy with everything ! The rain came right on time, GOD is so good ! 😊
Awe, Mr Bull just wants to visit with his family. He is feeling left out.
And the music is just perfect 👌.
I Enjoy watching my favorite couple. And my favorite baby and dog Bear. ❤️💜💕I’m so proud of the two of you. Keep Loving on each other, helping each other, and Blessing others through your Journey.👍🙏😊❤️😘
I see a love, that I've never had.
You will find that when you're not looking and with a person you least expect. 😉
I remember when I was happily single & one day a girlfriend pointed out a guy in our complex and said, now there's a guy I could see you with. I knew him but just as a neighbor. I said, "ohhh gosh no way! He's NOT at all my type."😖
My friend set us up, as in tricked us, and had a game night.
@@Cyndy101 hi Cyndy ," keep the heart open and eyes shut " is deep and powerful. Thank you for waking me up.😊😍
@@Cyndy101 You have an amazing girlfriend, she could see what could be.
You are right, beauty comes from within the heart, not looks.
To marry just for looks is asking for a divorce later, trust me, I know.
Literally it’s so crazy to me how you guys left everything to make this I inspire to find love like this 😭😖 keep being awesome ☺️
I cant wait to see them working on the interiors
Me too, cant wait.
Thank you.
For those of you worried about the lack of Bear Bear: 9:58 a tail has been spotted!
Also at 3.05 a complete bear
@@jimcub22 Bear just blends in black and white apparently :) Ty

I'm imagining their kid growing up and watching all these videos of their parents ❤️♥️
That frog thing was the worst croak I've ever heard!! 🤣
Watching you work on your place; has motivated me to paint my mobile home inside!
Thanks for all the inspiration. Blessings
Never good to run out of water. Hope everything is going well for the family. Take care 'Spin'
Maybe adding another storage container would help for summer months.
@@freedomisnotfree9129 Think they talked about adding another some video's back. Knowing how 'dry' Texas gets in the summer. Having more storage would be nice for them.
I get so excited when i get a notification from you guys 👏🏽♥️
I have been wanting to say,Spencer has got MAD skills!!! Amazing job,you should be extremely proud of yourself!!!
Congratulations guys on the new addition to your family! BTW, I luv the way your house is turning out. Excellent job. You are both an inspiration.
Yayy my favorite day when they post
Great blog as usual, it's hard for me waiting a whole week now because I binge watched 130 episodes in less than a week 😏
Ok ok I am still cracking up over the sound of a cricket... Oh honey that’s all it took and I am hysterical 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤪💝
you are an awesome couple. mackensey has always got a lovely smile and is so good at helping with all types of work.Spenser has done a fantastic job of converting the Containers into a thing of beauty, you are a perfect couple and i am very happy for both of you. well done.
I love seeing you guys and the progress on the house, but the chocolate cuteness just gets me every tine!
you missed it, look again!
He's in there
I wait 10,080 minutes for the best 14 minutes of the week.
Countdown has begun to next week,... 10,075 minutes to go.
I do agree. I live for these videos wish they where longer.

I wait 480 minutes for my DAUGHTER to wake up in the morning and HUG her and say 'Good Morning".. those are the BEST minutes of my DAY and WEEK ;-)
Plata Libertad I read your last name wrong. 🙈
I agree though,... I love both of my girls. Almost as much as Life Uncontained. 🤣
Yeeeesssssssssssss they upload.. I waiting so long..
When you run out of water you still have 1 or 2 tanks full and you know exactly howmuch water you have left..... hope it helps and enjoy the work
Cant wait for the finished house
"knock knock at the door" Hello, i live up the road, can Spencer help me with a wood project?. oh, my name is Noah!" LOL
Might want to consider having a UV light in each tank. Just to keep bacteria from growing.
I know you have filters and UV in the pump house but still.
A lot of the bacteria in the tank should be mostly good bacteria
they have a uvc filter in the pump house
420 420 I’m aware. However those tanks will be a breeding ground. It won’t be long if left untreated that they grow a lot of gunk and clog filters. Maybe even get bacteria past the UVC in the pump house.
Trainson52 “should”
This is always an uplifting show.
Well done kids
@@dontmindme2402 this is the Kardashians of UA-cam in the making...they're making thousands of 100's on this channel.
@@dontmindme2402 I know exactly how youtube works, been making money on youtube for a decade. LOL.
I absolutely love you guys. It is so refreshing to see normal people living a clean, wholesome, beautiful life. I am so sick of watching weirdos demanding to be heard. Thank you for inviting us in to your little corner of paradise (including Ferdinand).
