Cool, an ending where everyone lives. Gotta say it didn't look likely given how eager everybody was to kill or leave each other for dead. I've also wondered if they could have killed the nocturnal if they worked together.
The answer is no. Game gives enough hints that even the Military couldn't take Nocturnals down easily, if at all(they're 'dying out', essentially meaning they're starving on Earth) partially due to having regenerative abilities and the only weapons any character gets are knives, pistols, and rifles. Also, the title is false. It's heavily implied Maggie killed Mia and is just blaming Ted for it.
Imagine an ending where we can persuade Maggie and Mia to come with us out of Ruddleside in the ending. I'm glad those chicks lived lmao I taught both of those girls died but its cool their were managed to be saved.
Imagine where they make a sequel to the game where were in the eyes of Mia or Maggie before and after the event of this game and maybe continue Mia's or Maggie's(like maggies can be in the pacifist run or Mia's can be when she seperated from maggie)
"Everyone lived. Even the crow." And yet, only Mia's fate is left ambiguous no matter what. Did she really part ways with Maggie, or did Maggie actually kill her off?
False Title. Either Maggie or Mia is guaranteed to die no matter what happens They dont show it, but Maggie kills Mia in any route where you dont kill her. The ONE consistency, no matter you do, throughout any run leading up into that point is that you didnt kill her. She claims Mia 'left' because Maggie had the strength to do what Ted couldnt. Something happened in between the encounter at the Furniture Store and The School that resulted in Maggie killing Mia. Maggie is just blaming Ted, which in the route where you're warm, you can see shes willing to deflect and be dishonest. She tries telling Diego it was just 'a shitty situation', where no, you basically tried mugging Ted(who can offer to even give them supplies as an apology for taking their fuel when talking to Mia), then resorted to attempted Murder when he wouldnt give up his lifeline. Thats not just a Shitty situation.
@@QuickSilverKitsune I don't think Maggie would have killed Mia. If she didn't kill Ted and Diego, even going so far as to tell them to run when the nocturnal approached, people she's literally pointing a rifle at, then she probably wouldn't have killed Mia.
@@el006 Pretty sure that's more just a reward for not murdering anyone yourself. The characters point out the crow had a broken wing, and it's just literally sitting out in the open. It's essentially just waiting for a predator to come eat it, so by the time the end of the game roles around, 0% chance that crow would actually still be alive
