True, i was in jail for evading police in a motor vehicle for 365 days and a super heavy set ugly woman molested a 12 year old boy she was baby sitting and sat 90 days for it in a cell near mine, back in the day i used to get 90 days just for dirty piss for marijuana lmfao.

None of the three teachers at my highschool who were sexually inappropriate with students set foot in a prison. They all were sentenced to probation. One didn't even get put on the sex offender registry.

- Many cex*** offense cases involve the viewing of unlawful images of 15-years teenagers who may have looked 20. And, mind you, the viewer may have been 18 or 19 him- or herself.
In many other nations abroad, they tend to be a little bit more fair minded with actual, genuine due process.
I love it when people just damage the outside of tech thinking the evidence is all gone now. Do they not realize there's recovery software and hardware that make it extremely easy to get your data? And they get another charge of attempting to destroy evidence.
Destroying the data is quite easy if you know how. If you know where the location of the nand chip is, an application of a ramset would rapidly destroy the data beyond any chance of recovery (and a Tampering with Evidence charge would be lighter than the stuff stored would incriminate).
But still most people will leave traces on servers like in logs and backups. Metadata from the ISP could be considered hard enough evidence if it can be matched exactly with the contents of the victims phone.
There is something called a subpoena. If you have connected to a server with any logged in account including your own ISP, there are typically multiple avenues for law enforcement to retrieve your data. It doesn't have to be on your device.
@@meganfisher831There are also things called "VPNs". Before they became "mainstream", VPNs were "Proxies" and used to mask identity online. Anyone that sailed the Pirate's Bay as a Teen knows how effectively these can hide all traces of you.

I was in jail for theft by deception for $400 and had a couple 30s on me when arrested so was charged for those. Another guy in the same jail had molested and took the virginity of an 8 year old. I’ll tell you both sentences and you tell me which crime did which time, okay?
One day Less than Two Years and 3 Years parole, with the first year being intensive parole where the defendant had to check in personally every single day.
The other was 3-6 months with time served and 180 hours of community service.
I sat for two years. He sat for three months

I don't know how the offices are able to stay calm in situations like this because I'm not sure if I would be able to. If I was the arresting officers finding everything in the car would have been my breaking point making me put him in the trunk when he said he was clostrifibic and if I was interviewing him when he said he was a bus driver I believe I would have lost it. Definitely by the end of everything I would have implemented my own punishment.
Not just a "bus driver".., a "SCHOOL bus driver!" No one can tell me he wasn't messing around with the kids already. Probably even offering them Meth and money too.
