Only recently started having Precision Fuel hydration and energy on my runs. They are very nice, high quality, good price point too. The chews are excellent, as are the hydration tabs. Not sure if they do a drink like tailwind with the electrolytes and energy.....that would be good.

Be interesting in a future vid - perhaps the one in which Liga will be doing the CCC race - to find out how Liga got into trail running. E.g. was it after she met Loyd or before? What does she pack on race day, her prep etc, her likes and dislikes....only if you are willing to share of course! Just curious.
I’m not sure we have the budget for that! Tom’s would cost around £100,000! Our little Adventure Bus was £4,500 😂 We love our little van but we will be getting something bigger in the future 🚐
@@nikakura We both sleep really well in our van, the bed is as comfortable as our bed at home! We are also very busy when we’re travelling, whether it’s running, filming or editing so sleep is never a problem 😴😴
Hi mate, looks like you're having a good time. What's the temperature like at night for a tent in Chamonix? We go to the south of France every summer camping but thinking of coming home via Chamonix on the way home next year. Real question is will my wife and 8yr old moan about it being cold? 😂

Just got back from France and loved it. The roads do not have potholes, the driving is easy, and the food and supermarkets are way better.
