I think My Arcade is doing a great job listening to feedback and improving their products. Many of these feel usable versus just novelty items (but even those can be cool at times). Things are looking up for that company and you sure have my interest piqued! 🎉
This fills a need that i have. The one thing I contend with when I travel is the time it takes to boot up a handheld emulator, if its not on hold mode, and another thing is having to baby my device. Having Galaxian on tap is tons better than waiting for my powkiddy or waiting for some waifu gacha game to update on my phone.
Same here. Fun to play for about 10 minutes every day during a break, especially the Rapid Fire Mode. On a side note, I wish MyArcade would show more love and attention to both Galaga Plus (Gaplus) and Galaga '88, and include them in their products. Wishful thinking.
I strongly disagree. The Game and Watch units are really nice. The quality is much better. These look like little cheapie toys. I know not everyone can do it, but it is also possible to hack the G&Ws, add a larger flash chip, and add your own games.
Cute for the pocket. If they want a homerun, bring a larger handheld of Qbert. I can that staying sold out and becoming something you search for and might not ever find.
Not gonna lie: These are the perfect size and price point to pick up. I spend a lot of time in my car and have some downtime at various points on the road. It would be cool to have a couple of these on board to pass the time.
If these were $15 I’d get them all. At $20 or over, I’d rather get a larger handheld. I do applaud my arcade for doing something unique though. Very impressive CES showing overall 😊
Those are awesome Another great video Great stocking stuffers for Christmas 2025 All these items are really going to put a dent in my wallet for 2025 Thanks my arcade for all the great stuff coming out in 2025
Very cute and I love the colors. That sports one I would get just because of its outer design. Thats "would" get, if it wasnt for that ridiculous $25-$20 price tag. These should be $10-$15 at most.
I understand your sentiment. There seems to be an expectation that inflation doesn't affect electronic toys. $10-$15 won't get you a fast food value meal in most places these days, so as other costs increase, so too do our recreational gadgets.
Looks a lot better than the World's Smallest Arcade versions, which are annoyingly compromised. It also looks better than my old Puyolin keychain, although that was released at least twenty five years ago...
Ok, that was cool. I would pick up a Galaga, the inclusion of the rapid fire game looks fun or should I say you make it look fun. I think I'd also pick up the Atari unit.
Jon, can you get some "update" info on the Atari Gamestation Pro? Are they abandoning it or will there be another big firmware update? I've been telling people, forever, they should come here for the latest updates and i know these guys pay attention to you so could you find out before the AGSP fades into obscurity? Also, is the VCS 800 dead and left to fade out as well? This is a system that "so" much more could be added to it and maybe find out if they will get a version of Atari 50th for the AGSP or the VCS 800? Appreciate you listening, guy :)
I know this is a pipe dream but imagine if myarcade did a arcade tekken trilogy pocket player? The arcade tekken, Tekken 2, and Tekken 3. Instant buy from me.
In Las Vegas, you can purchase pizza both by the slice and as whole pies, with prices varying based on the establishment and toppings. Generally, a slice costs between $5 and $9, while whole pies range from $24 to $52.
Little known fact, Sammy Davis Jr. had a tabletop Ms Pac-Man with what was called a “speed chip” in it. He could beat anyone at that game even with the increased speed
I was super interested in the Tetris unit they released before, but the bad tiny wrong-resolution screen seriously made me avoid it. These look like a definite upgrade!
Oh, have the years gone by with the days of Game & Watch and Tiger handheld devices to... A collection of Atari2600 and Namco Arcade games on Keychain devices.
1:14 That beginning Galaga tune sounds off. Sounds like it’s missing notes and/or is out of tune compared to the original arcade. (possible you changing the volume made it sound weird, but it definitely sounds off)
I could see me putting some of these on my lanyard for when I need to save battery on my phone. Obviously I like the Atari one bc it has multiple, but I also like a good game of Tetris and pacman.
no it doesn't... you can easily fake that part too. i'm not convinced, until actually playing it. to see the timing, and know what settings it has. or even if they have the no-shoot bug. its easy to be fooled by fake ports. later | | || | ne gative 1
They are Sega Genesis recreations from Shiru/Piko Interactive, just like you see in the Pac-Man Pocket Player. Usually, they seem to use the Sega Genesis on a chip hardware.
I noticed over the last 6+ years the quality of their stuff has improved alot, its cool to see.
How did we go from junky Famiclones with NES ROMs of Data East games to a giant handheld that plays 99 Namco and Capcom games?!
They really have!!
That's good news to me.
That pocket pixel is booting the actual arcade ROM. God I love that, instead of some stupid port.
You’re bringing the best coverage out there at CES on My Arcade. Thanks!
Yes he is.
You are killing it at CES this year!

Oh that amazing tiny Galaga and Atari Classic and Ms Pac Man, I love them all
Retro Gaming is totally making a comeback.

@@VillymVanVanderbone Yes! Gaplus was a great upgrade, I had forget it. Thank you
Glad to see all these products from My Arcade coming. What I keep seeing, is months and months of content for GXG to show and talk about.😂
They'll keep me busy in a few months!
Hey@@GenXGrownUp I have a atari gamestation pro and I'm trying to make my phone a controller for the gamestation can you please help ??
@@VanderZeee The GSP doesn't support mobile devices as controllers.
Wow, looks pretty cool. I like how fast-paced the Atari 2600 Centipede is compared to the arcade version.
That little galaga looks amazing! Dream tiny handheld
What power source do they run on? Rechargable? Built in battery? Standard battery? Coin cell battery?
Three AAA batteries.
These will be great as backpack hangers and for playing the odd game when you're stuck in a queue :-) Keep up the awesome work Jon!
$25 is way more reasonable than the Nintendo game and watches. I like seeing more competition in this size/ form factor.
I strongly disagree. The Game and Watch units are really nice. The quality is much better. These look like little cheapie toys. I know not everyone can do it, but it is also possible to hack the G&Ws, add a larger flash chip, and add your own games.

I don't think they have the Q*bert license, but I'd like to see that, too.
At 2:55 at the bottom it says P1 easy and p2 easy, that suggests difficulty switch settings exist somehow.
I’m thinking that maybe before you start the game, left and right on the D-pad are the difficulty switches.
These are some cute vertical and horizontal little gadgets!!!
Dark Chambers on a keychain is telling me I need to up my keychain game!
Neato. Not sure why these interest me considering I started with a SNES, but for some reason these really appeal to me.
Curiosity, maybe?
These are great tiny versions of the arcade games … I sure wouldn’t hate it if I got one or more as presents from my family this year!
👊🏻😎🕹️
Any chance for you show off your Yars Skills. 😂 Great video and series. Keep it up!
Cannnot wait to get the vertical arcade ones, love them.
thank you for all the CES coverage Jon!
My pleasure! Thank you for going along for the ride with me. 😁
Damn bro, My Arcade is cooking!
Frack! My Arcade is REALLY pulling on my purse this year...
I'm more impressed with the ring on your right hand. I have the same one. One of my favorite purchases ever.
👌
Yea what's up with the ring on right hand? That's for single people. I can't see what it is.
Cool little device. Thanks.
That's tight, homie!

I like these. I don't need em, but I like em. Curious to see what other Pixel Pocket Pros they release.
Do these units charge with USB or do they take alkaline batteries?
They require 3 AAA batteries according to the official site.
I really want to know when these pixel players will release this year because they’ve caught my interest.
They look cool just depends on the price whether they will be a fun little pickup
20-25 is the sweet spot for me. Totally be grabbing at least Galaga,....and The others
Would just pick up another r36s if over 20 bucks.
If these were $15 I’d get them all. At $20 or over, I’d rather get a larger handheld. I do applaud my arcade for doing something unique though. Very impressive CES showing overall 😊
Fast fire Galaga! Oh man I hope that’s on the red ball joystick Galaga player 🤞
That's what I'm thinking!

Jon, did you notice if the keychain part is easily removable? That thing hanging off the end of the mini handheld would get on my nerves! 😂
Hey, OG. I didn't closely observe how easy it would be to remove, but with a pair of snips, anything is possible! 😁
I know this is a pipe dream but imagine if myarcade did a arcade tekken trilogy pocket player?
The arcade tekken, Tekken 2, and Tekken 3. Instant buy from me.
When is the release date of them
Later this year.
The boot up of Galaxian is correct. It's the same on the arcade and on MAME. I need tiny Galaga ;-)
How much is the pizza there? Do they have it by the slice or is it whole pie only?
In Las Vegas, you can purchase pizza both by the slice and as whole pies, with prices varying based on the establishment and toppings. Generally, a slice costs between $5 and $9, while whole pies range from $24 to $52.
Man! I'm sold on the Atari one. Centipede for life!!!
except playing centipede without a trackball is pointless.
I love super impulse ones because of arcade roms , and cheap too when Walmart had it so maybe i might look into those

Little known fact, Sammy Davis Jr. had a tabletop Ms Pac-Man with what was called a “speed chip” in it. He could beat anyone at that game even with the increased speed
👌
are these going to be released?
Q3-Q4 2025
@ nice!!!
I know this is not video games, but can we get a demo of the Casino cade by my Arcade?
It is a video game. 😜 Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to go hands-on with those at the show. As soon as I can, I'll review it.
Where they sell this at?
I'm will to bet you'll see these at all sorts of retailers - especially near the register as impulse buys!
I was super interested in the Tetris unit they released before, but the bad tiny wrong-resolution screen seriously made me avoid it. These look like a definite upgrade!
The screens are slightly better and slightly larger. Still not great (you saw the tearing), but better.
Oh, have the years gone by with the days of Game & Watch and Tiger handheld devices to... A collection of Atari2600 and Namco Arcade games on Keychain devices.
These are cool. Like the pinball too but uncertain on the price.

1:43 I imagine my younger self getting this in 1979.
I get that. 😁
Since I am a huge fan of Ms. Pac-Man, I know which one I'll be setting my sights on...
These look really fun. When are we going to see the Pole Position pocket player?
Q3-Q4 2025
@GenXGrownUp No, I mean when you getting hands on.
I was never a fan playing Pac-Man with a cross pad, how did it work out for you playing Ms Pac-Man ?
It was fine. As you noted, not as good as a stick, but for a novelty like this, it was okay.
These are like better versions of the Tiny Arcade line. More compact and with better ROMS.
great stuff
Getting the galaga to throw in my car for quick sessions
I really want that galaga
Do they save high scores?
I didn't take note of that during the show, so we'll have to wait now and see. I'm guessing no, but hope to be wrong.
These would be nice for any age and for a gift to friends and family
I’m excited for Galaga, Atari, Pac-Man
I could see me putting some of these on my lanyard for when I need to save battery on my phone. Obviously I like the Atari one bc it has multiple, but I also like a good game of Tetris and pacman.
That screen gibberish on the startup for Galaga is exactly what you get when you play it on MAME. So this is the real arcade ROM.
Does it happen in real arcade machine this things on video looks like running on emulation
no it doesn't... you can easily fake that part too.
i'm not convinced, until actually playing it. to see the timing, and know what settings it has.
or even if they have the no-shoot bug.
its easy to be fooled by fake ports.

Megacades pleeeaaase!
How much are these game systems and when are they coming out?
Soon. Price in the video.
do the arcade games have management settings
No, I didn't see any access to dip switches or anything.
@@GenXGrownUp - Thank you for your answer...Think I will stick with MAME
The fast shooting galaga wasn't on the large joystick model? Speed up Ms Pac-Man large joystick model?
Ms. Pac speed-up was on the Joystick Player.
Those little pocket handhelds are definitely going to find a place within arm's reach of me. That Atari one is a MUST HAVE!
No love for Monaco GP :-( Sad the retro brands don’t recreate one of my favourite games ever.
Never say never
Did namco got the rights back to ms. Pacman?
I wonder if they will come out with the casino games on keychain?
The "little screen tearing" is the actual ROM being emulated 😅
No, there's actual screen tearing as well.
@@GenXGrownUp I don't notice it in game but I'm looking at your screen via mine so I can't tell for sure.
Anything with Frogger on it?
Now you’re talking!
No, My Arcade hasn't ever had a Frogger license. But that would be great on one of these!
does it save highscore 🙂
I don't know for sure. I'm gonna guess no and then wait to be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong.
I sincerely hope you are giving proper feedback to the My Arcade people on all their of these.

i would like the pac man version of this if it has a built in rechargeable battery and is £20 max
Price sounds about right, but it runs on 3x AAA batteries.
I just want to have French fries as my dinner.
Can't do it. 😜
Way better than those Tiger games

Not once has a price been mentioned in any of these videos lol? Release dates??
I doubt those numbers are known yet. Get in the hype train and decide for yourself in the future!

Does this have an autofire option?
Nope
