I saw them play in 2022. I’ve been playing guitar for almost 50 years and seeing Mick Mars on guitar, playing like a champ was the best part of the show. Obviously AS has taken a toll on Mick but you’d never know it to see him play. Edit: Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I live with an autoimmune disorder too. It’s not AS but it took my docs the better part of 5 years to get the right medications to stabilize it and only then was I able to take a moment to realize what a sh!t show my life had been. I hope you’ve got a good docs and an effective treatment regime.
I think most of the fans are on Mick’s side. He’s a likable guy, very humble. He’s older than the other guys and they probably kept him out of a lot of things and finally he’s had enough. I wonder if Nikki also publicly slams his singer, who is basically extorting money from fans who purchased a ticket.
They should have made a realistic agreement like if a member leaves they still get their 25% cut of touring but they have to pay the touring musician out of their cut.

All a ploy so when Mick finally returns everyone will make a big fuss about it and they may or may not announce a new album or song with Mick and theyll announce a big Tour again with Mick Mars back on Guitar and theyll all rake in some ridiculous amount of money for it and then theyll say theyre retiring again. His band follow up statement says it's with sad news that MM has retired from MC the time line and statement's are fact everything thereafter is legal litigation regards future MC royalty rights and touring but MM has at least 25 ownership and financial claims for his time within the band and if the remaining members of MC a band I grew up with and love don't agree FY MC . Been a fan of the Crüe since day 1. I’ve seen them perform (back in the day) when Nikki could barely stand up. John Corabi has said that they’ve been trying to push Mick out for years. Mick and John 5 are cool. If you read their book or watch interviews or documentaries, the guys seem fairly unsupportive of each other on a personal basis during the lowest points of their lives. As a Musician able to play all instruments, I seen Motley Crue in disappointment in them fake playing all recordings and yet there my all time favorite band Mick guitar and Vince voice made the band the legion a drummer and bass player are replaceable unnoticed, sorry Tommy your the best drummer in the world
Im not a lawyer... but typically like any other business, if you do not get "bought out" prior to..... they owe you.... he didnt give up anything from the business side of things... comminication is key... perhaps mik should have asked them at the time where they are at on the subject... maybe he did who knows.

They've been Milli Vanilli Crue since at least the Doctor Feelgood tour. Mick was the only one sober enough to perform. Now that they're old, Vince still doesn't sing and can't remember the words when he tries, and they play to backing tracks. F--- Crue.

I have A.S. and it is hard to live with the older you get, All the passion and drive is still there while the bones turn you into a stiffness that is impossible to describe unless your going through it! He is as sharp as ever and will always be the biggest sound in Motley! You can't duplicate what Mick does! Even the A.S. that kills him becomes apart of his Raw Edge sound! It's always been apart of him and his style of play! Unique! He turns lemons to lemonade! I would hope a 20% share to all 5 members could be worked out, John 5 might have that number just for the moment! Peacemaker 5, If everyone gave a little it's the best case scenario for them all! Let Mick ride the Horse as he can until he can't! Nobody is 21 anymore so they really need to act like Gentlemen and get on with it! Put this much energy into some new material and run with it! Mick and John 5 working together on some new stuff would be a Dream Team! If Mick has to hand the ball off to John 5 RUN WITH IT MFER! Rest old folks a play and he will be ready to play! Arbitration was the best way I think and Micks attitude is as a Gentlemen! Them saying Mick's playing was sloppy is absurd. There are always occasional slip ups when playing live, and considering Mick is the only one actually playing, they have zero right to criticize him. Plus, I've seen Mick live and he was great. They cite his playing as an issue... But they kept Vince Neil? That's f * * king insane.
Mötley Crüe has always been one of my favorite bands and I used to love Nikki Sixx, but f * * k him for what he did to Mick.

Mick talked about a blues based album for years then he releases a quasi-industrial over produced modern metal album that sounds like he had nothing to do with. My theory is that Motley brings Mick back to play the encores and get a spike in ticket sales/press

First Motley retired. They should’ve stayed retired. Talk about a ploy. Mick was the most underrated musician in that group while the other three stayed drunk, drugged up and screwed everything but their moms. They sound horrendous now and it’s an embarrassment. It’s not Motley without Mick period!
