This was first by years and years but Kingdom Hearts series and Genesis era Shining Force games are all AMAZING games... I can definitely tell that "Dearly Beloved" has at least in some part, drawn some inspiration from this AMAZING piece of music...
I doubt they took inspiration from it. It doesn't really sound the same. I guess the core progression is *maybe, possibly* similar, but even that seems like a stretch.
