  • Follow Katia Pryce in this resistance band workout that focuses on toning your abs.
    You'll start in a standing position and lift your leg to complete standing crunches, before moving to a plank position, and then finally to the floor for a variety of creative crunches. Bonus: Some of these moves also work your arms, butt and your back (for better posture!).
    Just grab a resistance band and a mat to get started.
