Natacha, you were the reason after 5 years of restriction, I finally gathered the courage to recover. I went to constantly restricting to 1400-1500, binging occasionally, overexercise and restrict to compensate and repeat etc. months go I found you and that day, I decided never again am I eating under 2000 again. from there I increased and just followed my hunger ended up eating prob close to 3000 tbh. Yes I gained weight and it was uncomfortable at first, but recently I can't explain.. its like my body just CLICKED and I look and feel better than ever. Did you experience this sort of CLICK phenomenon too??? anyways. I owe my life and happiness to you. thank you
@@lolalukie713 Absolutely! It's like when you finally stop worrying so much about food and weight it's goes like "okay now I can give you what you want, cause you're not pressuring me to". It's weird but amazing!
haha depends what your definition of healthy is. If "healthy" to you means veggies chicken and no sugar then no I didn't eat healthy. But in MY mind I did eat healthy. I cooked at home most of the time and ate my moms home cooking which was all kinds of stuff - chicken and veggies and such too but also pasta lasagna muffins in the morning cheesy egg omelettes! and then occasionally if I felt like a Big Mac I might get one of those once in a while ! So I eat lots of healthy, yummy home cooked food with the occasional fast food meal and cookies and chocolate bars here and there. To me, that's healthy :)
I know that gym is goals indeed I dunno if I'll ever get the chance to train there again so I just enjoyed it while it lasted haha!! Thank you for watching! Lots of love xxx

I recently discovered your channel, and it has honestly helped me start progressively eating more and trying new things. And now, I'll let myself have a treat here and there, and a rest day if needed, which is something that a few months ago would make me cry to think about. Your channel has honestly helped me realize that happiness can be present while I'm still attempting to lose weight, and isn't only at the end of the journey. So thank you so much for that. Branch out on the spices! I used to be italian herbs girl but my FAVORITE soup spices are: Salt, pepper, cumin, curry, lime (with chicken bouillon base). Creamier soup: add coconut milk. Sauteeing an onion prior to adding anything in the pan adds a sweet element to the savoury/salty. Everyone says this is the best soup they've had, and you can literally put anything in it, it matches all meat/veg/starch combos.

Probably bc your apartment complex looks very sophiscated (very bright, and very you, love the lounging area), I thought the gym I saw on IG was from your apt. But seriously, it's so pretty! I wish my school gym has more functional workout setups (I still love it since I majorily take classes bc I am too slow to work out alone). Damn girl, you are motivating me xD. I didnt go to the gym for 2 days, because two days ago, i went to a rope park (i dont know the right word in english sorry). Its in the woods and its like parcouring between trees (youre always safely secured with ropes like climbers). The most difficult parcour was 12m high and it was sooo hard, it required a lot of upper body steength (my weakness). Even though i go to the gym and love working my upper body and arms, i have been sore af for 2 days. Its really amazing how hard unsual activities (like climbing) can be I dont know why i wrote this all xD sorry for being annoying

Probably bc your apartment complex looks very sophiscated (very bright, and very you, love the lounging area), I thought the gym I saw on IG was from your apt. But seriously, it's so pretty! I wish my school gym has more functional workout setups (I still love it since I majorily take classes bc I am too slow to work out alone). You can certainly toast your bread on the stove, just takes longer. Can't wait to see the finished APT! Love always❤️❤️❤️❤️🙌🙌😍😘😘

Damn girl, you are motivating me xD. I didnt go to the gym for 2 days, because two days ago, i went to a rope park (i dont know the right word in english sorry). Its in the woods and its like parcouring between trees (youre always safely secured with ropes like climbers). The most difficult parcour was 12m high and it was sooo hard, it required a lot of upper body steength (my weakness). Even though i go to the gym and love working my upper body and arms, i have been sore af for 2 days. Its really amazing how hard unsual activities (like climbing) can be
