It is really sad that Michelle didn't get any recognition because her parents thought she ran away!! I don't care what she was like, I would never assume my daughter ran away
There were friends of Michelle who did think about her and thought all three girls were connected...we started to think they were dead, but my God when we heard Amanda was found...we all were overwhelmed. It was very emotional for everyone who knew about them. Sadly Michelle didn't know that there were people who thought about her, because anyone trying to say she was connected to the other two girl's disappearances were kind of looked at like crazy people... I think mainly because she was an adult and her family did not really think she was kidnapped but just a runaway... It kills me now some people still act like she's not important or hate on her for writing books and helping with the movie. She deserves a good life. The first 30 years of her life were crap. I am happy they are all safe and home now. This story has been a huge part of my life and it definitely is a miracle that they all made it through. May all three have the best life from now on, and Amanda's baby girl too!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Mhm. Even if they thought that they should've still kept looking because YOUR DAUGHTER IS STILL* MISSING* you don't know where she could've "ran away" to.
I could not sleep at night not knowing where my baby was! I call or message all my adult kids before I go to bed just so I know they are safe. It must be absolutely devastating to live every day not knowing where your child is. I wonder how many missing people are assumed to have run away and forgotten about. Heart breaking x
That dispatcher was AWFUL....I’m sorry but, “talk to the police when they get there”??? Really? This woman just told you she had been kidnapped over 10 years ago... how about a “you’re safe now” “help is on the way” SOMETHING?!!
The dispatcher rubbed me the wrong way too but I don't think it clicked in who "Amanda Berry" was to her. She is expected to be professional and yeah maybe she got the name and knew who it was but it was very important to get the rest or as much info she could before it was too late. I think it made her cold and icy.
seriously! and also when she was like I'm Amanda Barry I've been missing for _ years I've been on the news and the lady interrupts her like "okay yeah I got it" (or whatever she exactly said) -____-
@@cherryfairyy That dispatcher was soooo annoying, for real. Also I wanted to say I really like your username. I have BPD as well, and I think it's so cute with the butterfly and cherries. We are strong butterflies. 🤗🦋💕
i believe she never got to meet her son. but she was able to get pictures of him but wasn’t allowed to meet him because the parents (that adopted her son) didn’t want her to interfere with his life
@@Annie-hb8ob she said that she understood because she wanted to work on herself and get better before she meets her son and throws him off. Also the family that adopted him said that they would allow the son to make the decision if he wants to meet her
@@mandysedlak1644 Yeah, I saw an interview where she mentioned that her son probably didn't even know who she was. And my god, I was so furious when I learnt that she actually lost her son because of her mother's boyfriend at the time. So, it wasn't even something that she did or didn't do. She wasn't technically the one at fault, yet she suffered the consequences. And then for her mother to just stop looking for her when she went missing. I just feel so bad for her, but she's a really tough woman, which is honestly inspiring.
@Selena Bowman she won’t find out anything she is dead. That’s it. She might believe she’ll see her daughter in the afterlife but it’ll be blank. Like sleeping except you don’t have dreams and you never wake up.
Sylvia Brown is the Psychic lady and she was known to give wrong predictions. One was where she told a woman that her brother will survive from cancer I think and to not take him home despite that he wanted to go home. He died two days later in the hospital. Another one was she told a mother and father that their daughter died from a gun shot but the daughter was never shot and she had I think died from complications with her heart in her bedroom (I think that what happened, I can’t remember which UA-camr talked about her)
Cooler than you know. I think I heard something about him receiving free McDonalds for life after sharing his story and deciding to pass it onto the homeless instead.
Michelle was treated much much worse than the other two. He let the baby live for the other pregnancy, she treated the baby’s really well. But with Michelle when she told him she was pregnant he kicked her stomach so the baby would die. I watched a whole BBC documentary that went into real detail. It was really good.
Olivia Davies oh my gosh that seriously breaks my heart. Miscarriage is soo painful emotionally and physically. When I heard she went through 5 I just couldn’t believe how strong she had to be to deal with so much abuse and miscarriages on top of that.
She was treated like that because Ariel thought she was 15 when he kidnapped Michelle and when she told her that she was like 21 years old he got angry at her. What a monster.
I don’t understand why the lady on the 911 call said “talk to the police when they get there” as if she was just dismissing her and didn’t want to hear anymore
I think she was just trying to get more info from her about the kidnaper. It would be super helpful to get things like clothes he was wearing or made even a possible location so the cops would have something to go on when looking for him, it's no use for them to know her name 15 times but putting out an alert with his name is huge help to keep his ass from running away and going missing himself.
sleepymaestro She could have stated that better, and honestly the operator didn't seem well trained or fit for that position whatsoever, BUT that IS an important question to ask because the police need to arrive at the correct location. In a crisis situation, sometimes the victim calling 911 isn't thinking clearly and could accidentally give out wrong information, so it is important to verify that the location provided is correct, especially if it's showing up differently on the operator's GPS locator.
911 operator here. Yes the call taker was terrible, but the other comment was right. People get scared and say the wrong address, we need to make sure we go to the right place, but our GPS is sometimes not correct so we need to verify. Location is the most important thing to get on any 911 call over anything else so it needs to be right.
Depends on your emergency. I've called 911 lots of times and if they aren't telling you how to do CPR or something like that then they dispatch and go on to take other calls.
Exactly what I thought. I saw an accident and called 911 and the operator assist me on what to do to help that person until the ambulance arrived at the scene.
That's Cleveland for you. I live in Cleveland and it's awful here. I was in the 9th grade when they were found. My school was literally down the street from Gina DeJesus' house. There were cop cars surrounding the house at all times. Pretty wild stuff.
My best guess is that it’s trying to explain a motive as to their kidnapping. Like “their kidnapper thought they were attractive and kidnapped them because of it”. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth
This is incredibly moving. I desperately feel for Michelle in all this, though. I think there is so much more to her story than the public has heard, and it sounds as though she became an outsider within that house, too. For her family to stop searching for her after just twelve months is utterly heartbreaking. Poor kid.
I so agree. You always hear about Amanda and Gina but Michelle was there for so long and really was abused and made to miscarry a few babies. Michelle is a very strong person.
Michelle and Gina did not follow Amanda when she escaped the house not because they were too scared but because they were in a completely different room (chained up listening to the radio) and had no idea what was happening. I recommend reading Michelle Knights book "Finding myself" and you will understand everything that happened through her lens. It also goes so much into details, its insane.
I live near Cleveland and I will never forget my parents faces when this came on the news. Absolute shock. The missing persons cases of Amanda and Gina was something everyone knew about. Everyone thought they were dead. This really brought the community together, and gave everyone more faith in humanity in a strange way. I’ve seen all three girls around town before and it makes me so happy to see them healthy and free. Also the black guy that saved them was a local celebrity for a long time 😂🙌🏼
yess i get you. each time i spotted one of them i wanted to ask for a picture and a hug because they're so inspirational! but it felt too weird bc they didn't ask to be famous you know, and it was for such a sad reason.
I feel bad for all 3 girls, but for Michelle I feel bad for her the most Here are the reasons why: 1. She was the first person to be kidnapped. 2. She suffered the most abuse out of all the 3. 3. Her family never kept looking for her. 4. She had no one to have when she was rescued. But I saw her full video interview at I think the Mel Robbins show and she is happily married to a caring man. I am so happy for Michelle Knight that she now has someone who will love and take care of her!
When I learned the details of this story I always thought the same thing. Why did he treat her the worst and kill all her unborn babies? This man was so evil. She said in an interview he not only malnourished her but jumped directly on her stomach to cause miscarriage. Meanwhile she could not see her son and was left out of the news reports which must have felt isolating. My heart goes out to all of them; truly inspiring story at the end of the day.
@@kganley1 just a theory but considering everything it makes sense i mean he couldnt just let her go for obvi reasons and im pretty sure he didnt want to murder her(for whatever reason) and decided to just treat her like shit
Ok, the dude eating McDonald's who passed by is first of all an angel, like oh my GOSH! And he also is like the chillest person on the face of the planet.
I researched this case so much mainly because of Michelle. She has written a book about her experience (I have it) She is such a strong woman and people just forgot about her. She was the most abused of all three woman.
@@yes2542 yeah now that they know she was kidnapped but they never looked for her, no news coverage no family looking for her. She had no one, she was forgotten. That's why people talk about her now because no one talked about her or looked for her the 11 years she was abused.
Yea how you not noticed while they are in your house?! Assuming they were the same age roughly.. I go in every room in my house.. how did you not notice.
@@crystalmarie6670 they said the mother divorced him for abuse. And im guessing if he tried to kidnap his kids they didn't live with him plus if you watch the movie cleaved abduction they didn't really come so idk but good question tho cuzz wtf?
FR how did his wife and daughters not know anything that’s what I was wondering the entire time I thought she’d say something about them like why they didn’t or how they didn’t know or did they know, like it’s so weird they’re not mentioned.
the mother got custody of the children because he was abusive to them. it was also implied that they werent really friends with his daughter anymore, they just recognized him as her father
Cindy M I know right especially when he said I knew something was wrong when a little white girl jumps into a black man's arms ,I was not expecting that
I drove past this “House of Horrors” in Cleveland shorty after their escape & before the city tore it down. It was so surreal & the houses were so close together 😬 You just never know what goes on behind closed doors...
It's possible she didn't want to be included. I immediately wondered if they'd want anything to do with each other after that experience. Would they be bonded for life through shared trauma? Or would any mention of them be triggering? So I think it's certainly possible that Michelle wanted nothing to do with them.
They asked Michelle to do the book and she declined. She’s actually declined a lot of things with them, but of course it’s “poor Michelle, feel bad for her”
How do you know they didn't ask her to be involved? How do you not know Michelle planned a book first and didn't think to ask the other two for a collaboration. Maybe they're not close (it doesn't mean I'm implying they had issues with each other) We don't know.
I think people claiming to be psychics should never be allowed to make presumptions to the police or family. Its cruel of them and incredibly stupid to even take any of them serious.
I feel like if they offer a plausible POV that no one else thought of it makes sense to explore it just in case but if they say something really ridiculous or say they’re dead I think that should be pushed aside
Omg I didn't even know Sylvia Brown was the psychic everyone was talking about in the comments lmao she's just the first person who comes to mind when I think of fake psychics.. especially ones who will get involved with stuff like this and everyone just takes her word for it. I should've known.
Now you wait a minute. Being psychic is real and far more people would have that ability if you didn't all repress everything due to fearmongering and brainwashing and all that. And they help so much. But as with everything, there IS always a chance of error so that needs to be taken into account.
Shut up. She told the operator she felt safe and was with the neighbor. Once she assured the operator she was ok, the call was disconnected. Now imagine you are calling 911 waiting on them to answer because you're in a car accident or having a heart attack and there aren't any available because they're sitting on the phone just waiting on an officer to get to someone they were assured felt safe...
What makes me so sad about this, is Michelle’s story. She had a hard life before the kidnapping, had some of the worst parts of the abuse, and when she got out none of her family have been there for her and Amanda and Gina have pretty much stopped talking to her but they are best friends. It’s so sad. Even in the press, everyone tends to focus on Amanda and Gina’s side of the story.
cheylas45 As far as I know Castro hated Michelle. He tought she was youmger when he took her because she is short. (I do believe that she is a little mentally slower. I don't know if she was like that before the abduction or it is caused by the years of torture. But that is just how she appears in the interviews) And the fact that he has tortured her to make her abort her child and Amanda could keep hers is something that would cause alot of tention between them. She even had to deliver her child. (There is a movie called Cleveland abduction that is focused more on Michelles story, she even helped with the movie i do recomend you watch it). While Gina and Amanda were closer in age, and were sometimes tied to each other for days. So they spent more time together and they bonded. Even though i would like it if they stayed close. We will never know everything that happend in that house. Even between the girls themselves.
Mateja Šega I’ve watched the movie. I watched her episodes of Dr. Phil as well. Worst part is her family and how they’ve treated her. First thing they did when she was released was talk about how she was gang raped, resulting in Joey. The mother hasn’t even seen her and practically shit talks her. Seems now she’s doing pretty well! She’s going back on the show and announced she’s married! She seems like such a sweetheart and deserves the world for everything she’s gone through.
cheylas45 I felt that way too, I felt so bad for all of them but especially Michelle bc of her circumstances and all the torture she went through losing all her children, her chances at having hope when she thought there was none.
Oh he didn't get away with it. I don't know what your beliefs are but that man is suffering in the pits of hell, suffering the same way those girls did but for eternity.
They're all so strong.. but I really wished they involved Michelle more.. so sad that she suffered the loss of 5 pregnancies after having CPS take her son. On top of that she was the one who mainly got abused. The other two girls are strong too though. Especially Amanda for still taking care of her kid & it didn't talk much about Gina but to still be able to have a smile on their faces just shows how strong they truly are
Michelle was on her way to a court hearing regarding getting her son back and was running late. Ariel told her he'd take her so she wouldn't be late 😢😢
He had three daughters and a son from his first wife. The oldest daughter was a friend of Michelle, the second was a friend of Amanda, and the final sister was bestfriend Gina. The third final sister is the one explaining what happened to Gina on the America’s most wanted clip.
You forgot to mention that during the girls’ captivity, Gina watched on TV while Ariel Castro actually WENT to a candlelight vigil held in honor of her, and MET Gina’s mom, talked to her, gave his best wishes, then left. He most likely did this to have himself be crossed off the suspect list, in a sense. Sick bastard.
I'm so glad that Amanda, Gina and Michelle were able to get away from that monster. That 911 operator hopefully was retrained on how to answer emergency calls because she handled the one with Amanda terribly. Great video Kendall; you and your channel are great!
When they found the girls everyone on my street started yelling "They found them! They found Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight , and GIna Dejesus!!" Everyone was running and yalling this and everyone was happy that they were found.
Sekyl Lykes the news reached all the way to Chicago. My grandmother was so happy. I remember one time when I was 5 or 6, I almost got in a car with a man because he promised me a doll. My grandma whooped me and told me about these girls as well as some other girls and she said (despite her not knowing they got in someone's car) that getting in stranger cars is dangerous. Nice to see them having a happy ending
The saddest thing is that Michelle was treated worse all the time: before kidnapping she was in the middle of fight for her son, and nobody cared for her, even her parents. During the adbuction she was the one to get punishment for all the three girls did, she was highly underweight (totally different to Amanda and Gina), when the girls didnt feel ok they had their "sex sessions" passed to Michelle. And when the police found the girls they didn't even know who the third girl - Michelle - was. She didn't have a chance to meet her son, but every year on his birthday she was makind him a birthday card. I was VERY into this story so I ream so many horryfying details about it that I wasn't able to sleep at nights. It really breaks my heart that Gina and Amanda turned their backs on Michelle, since she was the reason the three of them survived.
Why didn't they search every home with a man with a record, upstairs or basement? This was all in such a small area! They sure didn't try very hard just thinking them runaways.
Kawaiipixiediys Andgaming nah they took Michelle off, considering Amanda was the one to call 911, the operator should have known who she was talking to
I’m sure they have a list and probably have the more prominent missing people memorized. The general consensus with the operator was that she wasn’t properly trained to handle a call like that.
Imagine being Michelle and seeing the other two women’s families being involved in searches and appeals for them, but not seeing your own family because they’ve taken you off the register 😕
I read Michelle’s book, if you’re interested in this then definitely purchase her book as it gives so much more before, during and after this, bought me to tears but definitely read
agreed!! it gives a lot of insight into the girls relationship as well and how she felt with all the drama and blatant favoritism going on among the abuse and torture.
The other girls seem to be more broken and introverted than Amanda. Based on the way the man treated them, I doubt they themselves see themselves as equal and worthy of doing the exact same things she does--because of the mind games he played on them
This brought tears to my eyes. I’m so happy they got out. They are so strong. And I’m so thankful the baby is well and thriving in school! Such a great ending.
That piir lil mite. Born 9f rape. Such a awful man fir a fsther. I think he loved her enuf to release those captives tho. He soon would have is what it looks like. For her.
Amanda berry works on fox 8 is the missing persons department. Its really sad to see a girl once thought dead, and who escaped despite all odds, trying to find the missing. "Finding the missing, as I was found."
I am curious whether Sylvia Browne was ever confronted because of what she said about Amanda Berry. She did not only lie at that moment, which used to be her regular form; she actually stole the last ray of hope from a girl held in captivity and dreaming about being found one day. This is the lowest kind of evil shit I can imagine.
Yep. Completely agree. And even worse, Amanda’s mother passed away before Amanda escaped, meaning her mother died thinking that her daughter was dead. Amanda never got to show her mother that she was alive and that she freed herself. Heartbreaking.
I don't think she intentionally lied. I found what she said in the clip to be what she honestly believed. Psychics can be wrong and for that reason I don't think they should say stuff in these cases and definitely not say it to the mom on national tv! She said it on national tv! For the global public, the world to see
"Psychics" are frauds who exploit people at their lowest and most vulnerable moments in life. Those who seem legit are just really good mentalists, ultimately they are all con artists and snake oil salesmen. I watched as a couple of these lowlifes exploited my best friend when her fiance was murdered and honestly, they are all scum.
Didn’t Sylvia say that she’ll see her daughter in heaven? Because her mom died before she escaped so they will have to wait to meet again until they are both on the other side... Not saying that it wasn’t a straight up lie but maybe it was just a misreading 🤷♀️
Ariel was more fond of Amanda. He actually beat Michelle so the babies would miscarry, but wanted to keep Amandas baby. He made Michelle deliver Amandas baby so he could make her jealous that Amanda had a baby and she didn't.
I feel so bad for Michelle tbh, like the fact that she dealt with so much abuse even before that and that her parents basically gave up looking for her after a year was so heartbreaking
Cassie w I know... she had just gotten her son taken away too. Even after she got out she barely had any family left that even cared that she was found. So heart breaking :(
Amanda Berry's voice on that phone call still gives me chills, and still to this day almost brings me to tears. The undeniable desperation in her voice, and what makes me even more emotional is that there are thousands of missing people out there that, given the chance, would sound the exact same. Thank GOD that these three girls were found.
This one of the most heart breaking parts is how you can hear Amanda’s daughter in the 911 call crying saying how she misses her Daddy😩 she doesn’t understand how wrong that is.
That child didn't know that her life was not normal. I wonder how she coped with the changes in her life after the rescue? Her Daddy was a monster but she didn't know that.

I love the man that was interviewed he was just eating his McDonald's when he saw her beating the door Everybody must be thankful for him I love that guy he's so funny
It’s so sad and also irritating how Michelle was just pushed aside and forgotten about. I heard a lot of people say how they just assumed she ran away because she lost her son, but if you watch the movie created about these women she had a court meeting to try and get custody for her son. She wanted to be a mother but the chance for that was taken from her. Her son was adopted and they wouldn’t even let her see him. She never got the chance to even fight for him and it just breaks my heart. Please watch the movie cus it really shines more light onto Michelle’s story. All of these women are brave and I’m so happy they are free ❤️
I do love watching Kendalls vids. no hate! just informing her and whoever... Michelle Knight wasn't just walking when she got kidnapped. She was on her way to a court appearance for her son. Jocelyn was not born in a tub. she was born in a PLASTIC POOL in one of the rooms. Jocelyn didn't come to the world breathing. Michelle saved her life. (but, Amanda and Gina talk to one another but not with Michelle) smh
Gina and Michelle connected more than Gina and Amanda because they were chained together most of the time. Michelle was always looking after Amanda and Gina. Michelle was alittle bit by herself because Ariel hated her and Amanda was his favorite and was kept separate
It's a shame that it seemed like no one cared much about Gina and Michelle. This is completely heartbreaking. How can someone just abandon their child like this?
Plenty of people cared about Gina. Michelle, unfortunately didn’t really have anyone looking for her. But Gina definitely did. Amanda Berry just gets most of the attention because she’s the one who actually escaped plus she had a baby with Ariel.
The psychic wasn't entirely wrong about Amanda though because her mom asked when the next time she would see her would be and the psychic told her heaven. Because she passed away, technically the next time she will see Amanda is heaven.... Weird to think about...
Kylea Perrott and is it OK to you that her mother die not knowing what happened with her kid in the end, people say that poor women died from "broken hart" ,so your defending psychic is disgusting.
But that is not what Sylvia meant. She said the girl was "gone" and she wasn't. So Sylvia wasn't "partially right" at all. Partially right would be "she's alive."
The movie was based on these events. They changed the sex of the child and I loved how the boy escaped in the movie, and how the cop worked out where the house was from the number of stops (intersections) he felt in the car
The part where they were describing what a good jo that the mother did with her little girl, and how her daughter entered school at an advanced level made me tear up. That's such a heroic story because so many odds/horrific events happen to the poor. This is one of my fav videos of yours Kendall. Well done.
Yes it’s hard to see women pregnant after my miscarriage this girl had to deliver the baby, same father, and he didn’t make Amanda lose her baby! After she lost 6 total and having to deliver another woman’s who he seemed to care more for
They all had it bad Amanda lost her mom while she was still in captivity she had a child with someone who made her life a living head and Gina was only 14
@Tonya Loviscek Slyvia Browne was one of the fakest psychics on tv. She made so many wrong predictions and so many wrong promises. She lied to countless people and its honestly so tragic
Someone said that there should be a nation wide house to house look for missing persons/children and I agree. It should be annual. Kinda like the census running accountability checks but with trained personel checking in basements, attics, crawlspaces, sheds, floorboards, garages, backyards and woods outback.
Megan Munoz I totally agree with this! I asked my professor who teaches law and is a lawyer about this and he says that there are too many complications about actually putting it in place. If I remember correctly he said that it violates people's right to privacy because you can't just go into homes without a warrant. And that it'll be extremely expensive.
Angel AR- I wonder if it could be voluntary...like a neighborhood watch 'annual home check'...and we all just take mental note of the people who opt out.
I think that would be a good idea in theory but not practice. It would go against the personal rights of every civillian and as there have been cases where the police was corrupt too, it would make it to easy to convict someone for a crime theay didnt commit
That 911 call disgusts me, the operator sounded like she didn’t even care and didn’t help in anyway. And the fact that Michelle wasn’t even cared about and dealt with so much more shit than the other two girls.

She is expected to be professional and yeah maybe she got the name and knew who it was but it was very important to get the rest or as much info she could before it was too late. I think it made her cold and icy.

kinda sucks for michelle though, she didnt get to see her son for 10 years, and when she did he was 18 and almost barely remembered her

Another one was she told a mother and father that their daughter died from a gun shot but the daughter was never shot and she had I think died from complications with her heart in her bedroom (I think that what happened, I can’t remember which UA-camr talked about her)

What a prick. A sick, sick prick.!!
I agree with you in some ways but don't compare pain because they all went through so much but yeah I agree and nobody seems to acknowledge Michelle.
She was treated like that because Ariel thought she was 15 when he kidnapped Michelle and when she told her that she was like 21 years old he got angry at her. What a monster.
I watched it too
I don’t understand why the lady on the 911 call said “talk to the police when they get there” as if she was just dismissing her and didn’t want to hear anymore
M P maybe they have rules about how long they can be on the phone with people, they do have to take other calls
Jenny Robbins They're meant to stay on the phone until emergency services get there
Holly Beasley maybe there was a shortage of dispatchers that day then 🙄
I think she was just trying to get more info from her about the kidnaper. It would be super helpful to get things like clothes he was wearing or made even a possible location so the cops would have something to go on when looking for him, it's no use for them to know her name 15 times but putting out an alert with his name is huge help to keep his ass from running away and going missing himself.
Yeah I think she had to get as much information ASAP
I feel so sorry for Michelle because, everyone just forgot about her. 😭

I think she was also the one being more abused too
@@Cassxowary her parents didn't really seem like winners tbh

“No, it looks like youre calling from...”
THEN WHY ASK AND WASTE TIME??🙄
sleepymaestro probably trying to catch her in a lie just in case she wasn't real...police still come anyway
sleepymaestro She could have stated that better, and honestly the operator didn't seem well trained or fit for that position whatsoever, BUT that IS an important question to ask because the police need to arrive at the correct location. In a crisis situation, sometimes the victim calling 911 isn't thinking clearly and could accidentally give out wrong information, so it is important to verify that the location provided is correct, especially if it's showing up differently on the operator's GPS locator.
Yes. She was so dismissive and rude.
Brittany Is first of all if I was her I would’ve been so scared after staying in that house for almost my whole life stuck in there
911 operator here. Yes the call taker was terrible, but the other comment was right. People get scared and say the wrong address, we need to make sure we go to the right place, but our GPS is sometimes not correct so we need to verify. Location is the most important thing to get on any 911 call over anything else so it needs to be right.
That 911 operator was hopeless😑

Elle Handley that's a fact
she HUNG UP before the police arrived. like wtf dude this girl just said she's been held captive for 10 years!

Arent dispatchers suppose to stay on the phone with you until the police arrive to keep the police updated?? LOL wtf
Candice T no
Candice T Yeah they legally have to stay on the phone till the police or emergency service arrive!

She definitely was!!! Please read her book "Finding Me", it sheds so much light on how differently she was treated than the other 2 girls.
Her name is lily
she even wasnt able to talk to her son after this bc she didnt want to cause controversy in his life
Honestly
Michelle and Gina did not follow Amanda when she escaped the house not because they were too scared but because they were in a completely different room (chained up listening to the radio) and had no idea what was happening. I recommend reading Michelle Knights book "Finding myself" and you will understand everything that happened through her lens. It also goes so much into details, its insane.
I don't think they we're chained. They were just upstairs in another room and thought Castro was tricking them
castro had tricked them with similar things before and they would get caught and punished. I've read Michelle's book as well. it's so heartbreaking
Thank you for recommending the book !!!
I have the book so sad.
Michelle has a movie that came out on Lifetime starring Tarren Manning-it’s amazing I cried so hard.

I feel bad for all 3 girls, but for Michelle I feel bad for her the most
Here are the reasons why:
And she lost custody of her son because he kidnapped her! I'm pretty sure she got to see him again but thats horrible

Didn’t she have her hold taken away because she abused them.

Michelle breaks my heart . I hate that the other girls don’t even acknowledge Michelle they even made there own book didn’t even include Michelle .
Jade Ava did you have to include that last line? Jesus. Yes feel bad for her. Feel bad for all them. God.

But the psychic was sort of right because Amanda didnt see her mom before she died so they will meet in heaven but I really agree
Maya Charlie she also explicit said she was dead so she was completely wrong
Omg I didn't even know Sylvia Brown was the psychic everyone was talking about in the comments lmao she's just the first person who comes to mind when I think of fake psychics.. especially ones who will get involved with stuff like this and everyone just takes her word for it. I should've known.
Now you wait a minute. Being psychic is real and far more people would have that ability if you didn't all repress everything due to fearmongering and brainwashing and all that. And they help so much. But as with everything, there IS always a chance of error so that needs to be taken into account.
This dispatcher pisses me off...
"We'll send a car when we get one open. Talk to the police when they get there"..... like really 😡😡
A very poor hood.
What makes me so sad about this, is Michelle’s story. She had a hard life before the kidnapping, had some of the worst parts of the abuse, and when she got out none of her family have been there for her and Amanda and Gina have pretty much stopped talking to her but they are best friends. It’s so sad. Even in the press, everyone tends to focus on Amanda and Gina’s side of the story.
cheylas45 :(
:( Michelle seems so sweet too. Her family sucks!
cheylas45 As far as I know Castro hated Michelle.

They're all so strong.. but I really wished they involved Michelle more.. so sad that she suffered the loss of 5 pregnancies after having CPS take her son. On top of that she was the one who mainly got abused. The other two girls are strong too though. I can’t imagine how it would feel to watch as two people are being desperately searched for while you’re forgotten and swept away...

I'm glad they were! I can imagine though!
TheZombifiedFairy wow.
They sure didn't try very hard just thinking them runaways.
she believed that her mother sent her a daughter and she was the one that freed her so beautiful

I am curious whether Sylvia Browne was ever confronted because of what she said about Amanda Berry.
I love Charles Ramsey LMAO what a gem of a dude
He is the best EVER. Gave me so much joy when editing
This man was amazing 😄
YES! He's awesome!
So heart breaking :(
He also threatened Michelle saying that if Amanda’s baby died, he’d kill her.
Imagine seeing the two girls with you being missed except you😰
Soul destroying 😩
Charles Ramsey is literally an angel. This is incredible
Yea. That is mortifying.
That child didn't know that her life was not normal. I wonder how she coped with the changes in her life after the rescue? Her Daddy was a monster but she didn't know that.
I dont even understand how you recover from something like this.. also no one even knew who Michelle was... its incrediably sad
Omg I watched the full documentary and the post interviews, I swear I was the most paranoid and still am the most paranoid person when I go out. You never know what could happen to you. Always watch yourselves people.
brittni seider the post interviews either come up in suggested videos after the documentary or you can just search up the girls names and the interviews will come up. You can also search for his court hearing.❤️
brittni seider your welcome babe❤️
I live in Cleveland and I remember being in complete disbelief when this came out. It's so insane that this was happening in my own city... I'm so happy the victims are in a good place now
nycgirl012 same I was in 8th grade
Same girl I'm from Cle too!
nycgirl012 im not even from america im from a small town in germany and a couple years back a group of teenagers beat a man to death with a shovel 😐 i was like...wtf how is this even happening here?
Me too!
nycgirl012 Me too. We thought it was a joke. I’m so happy that they were found
I love the man that was interviewed he was just eating his McDonald's when he saw her beating the door Everybody must be thankful for him I love that guy he's so funny
Miss Anonymous blessing from god
Jordan Wynyard he sure is
Omg and the comment about having big testicles 😂
It’s so amazing that even josalyn was raised in captivity she was still a LEVEL ahead in reading! That’s just so incredible
I wanted to hear more about that! Like the details of how and what her mom taught her because that's so incredible.
@@thisismysea What else did they have to do?
It’s so sad and also irritating how Michelle was just pushed aside and forgotten about. I heard a lot of people say how they just assumed she ran away because she lost her son, but if you watch the movie created about these women she had a court meeting to try and get custody for her son. She wanted to be a mother but the chance for that was taken from her. Her son was adopted and they wouldn’t even let her see him. She never got the chance to even fight for him and it just breaks my heart. Please watch the movie cus it really shines more light onto Michelle’s story. All of these women are brave and I’m so happy they are free ❤️
"I BBQ with this dude." 😂
Charles Ramsey is truly the hero we need and deserve.
Also I feel really bad for Michelle and her story:c
I remember this story -- they all really made something out of a terrible situation
ALI BUZZELLI l.
"I'm here, I'm free now" my heart broke
I do love watching Kendalls vids. no hate! just informing her and whoever...
Michelle Knight wasn't just walking when she got kidnapped. She was on her way to a court appearance for her son.
Jocelyn was not born in a tub. she was born in a PLASTIC POOL in one of the rooms. Jocelyn didn't come to the world breathing. Michelle saved her life. (but, Amanda and Gina talk to one another but not with Michelle) smh
Ariel Castro also told Michelle if anything happens to Amanda's baby while she gave birth he would kill her.
Gina and Michelle connected more than Gina and Amanda because they were chained together most of the time. Michelle was always looking after Amanda and Gina. Michelle was alittle bit by herself because Ariel hated her and Amanda was his favorite and was kept separate
Omg that neighbors interview ahahahaha 😂😂
Ugh! He is such a coward for hanging himself. I hope the girls live long happy lives, because they deserve to be happy.
@@tydune2631 .ANd she is very WHITE.
The psychic wasn't entirely wrong about Amanda though because her mom asked when the next time she would see her would be and the psychic told her heaven. Because she passed away, technically the next time she will see Amanda is heaven.... Weird to think about...
Kylea Perrott yeah but Sylvia Browne was a horrible hack...just a coincidence
Kylea Perrott ohh come on give us a brake, she was very much wrong you find a way to defend that women, your problem is that you are superstition.
Kylea Perrott and is it OK to you that her mother die not knowing what happened with her kid in the end, people say that poor women died from "broken hart" ,so your defending psychic is disgusting.
No she said she was gone.
But that is not what Sylvia meant. She said the girl was "gone" and she wasn't. So Sylvia wasn't "partially right" at all. Partially right would be "she's alive."
It really reminds me of the film "Room" with the baby growing up in captivity. It's unbelievable.
The movie was based on these events. They changed the sex of the child and I loved how the boy escaped in the movie, and how the cop worked out where the house was from the number of stops (intersections) he felt in the car
Oliwia Makuch The author said Room was based on the Fritzl and Dugard case. Room was written 3 years before this case.
You can see the movie about it called "Cleveland Abduction" and it follows the facts really painfully.
I thought the exact same thing!
The part where they were describing what a good jo that the mother did with her little girl, and how her daughter entered school at an advanced level made me tear up. That's such a heroic story because so many odds/horrific events happen to the poor. This is one of my fav videos of yours Kendall. Well done.
Michelle knight had it worst. Aeriel made her deliver Amanda’s baby or he would kill her. He didn’t abuse Amanda or Gina as much he abused Michelle.
Yes it’s hard to see women pregnant after my miscarriage this girl had to deliver the baby, same father, and he didn’t make Amanda lose her baby! After she lost 6 total and having to deliver another woman’s who he seemed to care more for
They all had it bad Amanda lost her mom while she was still in captivity she had a child with someone who made her life a living head and Gina was only 14
I think the Psychic was right. The woman said that she would see Amanda in heaven. And then the mom died. Amanda never saw her before her death.
@Tonya Loviscek Slyvia Browne was one of the fakest psychics on tv. She made so many wrong predictions and so many wrong promises. She lied to countless people and its honestly so tragic
talia maloof true
talia maloof OH DAYUM PLOT TWIST.
Space DaddyTM lol I remember she told some girl her boyfriend drowned when they really lost his body in ground 0 after 9/11 she’s a scammer
talia maloof or she was full of crap
Bless Charles Ramsey, not only did he save four lives but he's funny as hell 😂😂
This brought tears to my eyes, truly amazing
We love you Michelle, stay strong, you’ll never be forgotten again
What happened??
@@milixox2 theyre just saying her story wont be forgotten like she was by the media and family.
That would go against the Fourth Amendment. You can’t do something like that without creating an Orwellian-esque government.
@@kittykat3233 - Exactly.
That 911 call disgusts me, the operator sounded like she didn’t even care and didn’t help in anyway. And the fact that Michelle wasn’t even cared about and dealt with so much more shit than the other two girls.
You look SOOO good in blue😍😍
Catherine Yackira agree!!
Yeah Blue is really good on her
I love this man because
1- I knew something was wrong when a pretty white girl was running into a black mans arms
2- I was just eating my McDonald’s
3- he saved 3 beautiful women
4- I barbecue with this guy
5- I ate ribs with dude
😂😂😂
I was crying the whole vid and then I cracked up the second he opened his mouth, dude made my damn day
No, don'tbe nAive. He was just toOting his own horn. If they were buddies he KNEW .
@@Warmfireandtea How would he know?
Charles Ramsay is a class act! He's just amazing!
I have been waiting for this video for ever! This was soo close to home I didn’t go out alone for months after they were found I was so scared of everyone and everything
Wow! Crazy! A pretty sad story but I am so glad they are free now.
i remember watching cnn the day this happened, i had chills hearing this and it still gives me chills years later!!!
Same!
