I know these take a great deal of effort to put together (the video) and appreciate the time and energy you have put into this.
I should have watched this video before I attempted to make my Mobile saw station. I made a lot of mistakes with mine but ended up with a functioning unit. This one would have been a lot simpler to build. I will know what to do next time.

Do you have a dxf file for your mitersaw plan?
I don't. I can share the fusion360 file if you need it. I tried to convert the fusion file to dxf, but it did not work correctly.
