Glad to see your videos coming through, excellent. Poor Clarence, those stretch-position bicep curls are murder if you have never done them before. Need to introduce those slowly with light weight. Bicep tendonitis is so bad, can't start lawn mowers, etc etc. 😂

Here's to hoping that this channel will smoothly slide to being japanese language lessons in between lines. Lateral raises are awful, you can tell from Zack too how there's just more and more body english when it gets harder. It's stupid how it doesn't feel like much and suddenly you can't get them up even once with clean technique and feel like you're gonna injure your side delts if you force it. And the weights are so humbling too, I wonder if Toshiki's slight arm bend helps with that compared to straight arms, like less moment arm so it's not as difficult to choose the weight or progress in weight. And I feel for Clarence, having not done biceps in forever and suddenly doing a couple of sets with light weight makes them so sore. Especially if you're used to lower rep range in lifting training and then do high rep until the bicep burns and gives up.
I need one of those bibs, I can't leave the house with clean white shirt. Also love the gachi gachi gachi text, can't help but think of Billy Herrington and gachimuchi memes.

Lol I highly doubt clarence never did a bic training when he was 106 kilos his arms were so MASSIVE that he couldnt even get himself in the dip position or front squat as he was used to when he was lighter.
