By clipping into the building from the outside in Roofs using part of the trampoline, there is a lone sign inside of the building. Reading this sign does in fact tell you about an ability to increase your height of your bounce by Bubble Bouncing onto a trampoline. The Iceberg creator probably got confused because of the trampoline that you mentioned in the next entry being in GL even though the sign is in DT Roofs.
German here. You're correct. We had that exact box art here. I assume the box art was changed in order to not confuse the public into thinking it'd be a game involving Spongebob in a militaristic context.
