    I am always at awe of anyone being able to fly these things that smoothly. I am still in learning phase and man I can barely keep it in the air! I think I spent to much time in the DJI drones and all of my muscle memory is that way.

    Hi Danny,
    I'm a big fan of your work! I was watching another video where you flew the Helion 10, but I noticed a lot of jello in the footage, which made it less enjoyable for me. With the Moz 7, I didn't see any jello at all. Do you recommend getting the Moz 7 over the Helion 10?
    Thanks!

  • @BigKahunaFPV
    @BigKahunaFPV 6 місяців тому +1

    Nice flights, as always!! Are you still happy with the Helion? I also have a Moz7, but the Helion still appeals to me😅. Best wishes and always have a good flight 🫡

    I have a legitimate question for you. I watch your videos all the time. In one of your recent videos, you tried the O.R.T Helicat 3-turn antennas with the DJI goggles you were using and swore they were way better than the stock antennas. You mentioned that you wouldn’t have been able to achieve the range you did in that video without them. If they’re so good, why aren’t you using them now? Were you just promoting them with affiliate links? It’s frustrating because we come to your channels looking for knowledge and honest reviews, but what we get often falls short.

    • @Zpyk17
      @Zpyk17 6 місяців тому +1

      He has been using them in a lot of other videos and I suppose there is a simple reason for him not using them today. First of all even if they are small they can be a bit of a hassle to use, you get home put them with all of your other gear and want to go flying the next day. You quickly take the gear you want to bring and just want to get out into the air. At that moment you don’t really see the need to pick up the external antennas because you know you’ll still fly in line of sight and therefore the boost it gives isn’t really that big. You may also have a fear of breaking them if they are misplaced or so in your camera bag which could damage them and make them useless for when you really need them. Too even put them on can take some extra time that you don’t always have the motivation for if you know that the stock antennas will do just as fine. Second of all a lot of UA-camrs are professionals and it’s a part of their income and life. If you look into sports as football/soccer players that aren’t sponsored by a company that makes boots often paint them pitch black to avoid being affiliated with a company that they don’t get any sponsoring from. They don’t wanna give recognition to brands that don’t benefit their income or overall professional face. From my assumption this is also the case with a lot of UA-camrs that see their channels as a business and a way to share their passion.

      Hey man - to be honest I just forgot to pack them. They’re way better than stock and I fly with them every time when I remember lol

    Great video Danny . Amazing landscape. And great drone which I’m thinking of getting. Same set up with DJI equipment. Just wondering if you did loose the drone. Are you popping the coordinates into your mobile ? Unlike the tango 2 you can have it on the controller . Do u practice gps rescue 🛟? Hope all is well. Keep the good work up

      I test to make sure my GPS does work on failsafe but I don't intentionally test it when I'm out somewhere like this. So I just have to hope that is does work if it comes to it!

      @Mcgeee  6 місяців тому

      Horizon level wasn't on just reelsteady. Didnt do anything too tricky on this one tho haha

    • @LouisFPV
      @LouisFPV 6 місяців тому

      That’s really surprising, in the osd sometime the drone was 45 degree on the side and the gopro footage stayed horizontal. For me, whenever i make a small yaw adjustment, it instantly noticeable in the gopro footage. I guess we dont have the same reel steady 🤷‍♂️
