Thank you for this video. I opted to get my tubes tied (honestly it was a decision I knew years ago) and upon talking to my OB he brought up the option of tube removal. Knowing in my heart that I don't want to birth more children and having a family history of cancer, I agreed. Having my procedure next Friday! And seeing your experience is very helpful. Sorry for all that you've been through, but thank you for sharing your story with us 💞
Thank you for sharing your story. I was so sceptical after talking to my doctor and her booking it in a few weeks. I feel so much better after watching this. I am so sorry to hear about your loss!!! 😢 God bless your sweet soul!!! ❤❤❤
coffee straight I see you everywhere with the SAME comment. Are you some kind of a bot? Didn’t nobody lose their reproductive rights. All they did was put the rights in the hands of states, where they belong. Federal law in America is dictated by the constitution. Show me the constitution where it says it’s legal to remove a baby from the womb? Nobody’s trying to listen to your nonsense. We just want to learn about a medical procedure, not your opinions.
coffee straight It's ok. Many people agree with you. Many people are listening to you. We know who you are and respect your truth about tubal sterilization.
Wow I’m so happy I found your channel. I’m 36, two children looking to book some form of permanent BC and a tummy tuck. Will definitely continue following your journey!
Great video!! I’m 29 two kids & married. Getting my tubes removed next month plus an ablation per my drs request. You helped ease my nerves a bit thanks
I'm sorry to hear this😔 You are a strong woman❤ Praying for healing in every way your family needs❤ I've been discussing this with my doc due to some health issues..I haven’t decided yet tho..😓
It can get harder with age… very life altering. When I had my tubes tied the first time it made me depressed. Lol now…. Those feelings are gone🤦🏽♀️ lol I thought about you the other day… lol my fingers nails 💅 are purple 💜
Wow, you went through a lot. Thank god you are okay now. Thank you for tell us you story. I have two boys and i was thinking to get my tubes removed. My first child is diagnosed with autism. it's really hard for me to take care of him because sometimes he have his meltdown and disabilities, but i don't know from my second kid because he is one year old and he doesn't say said any word or wave his hand or point to things he want🥺and that concerns me a lot, there is so many 😔 things that im going through that's why i want to get my tubes removed. It's really hard but no impossible.
Thanks much. It was definitely a trying time. I can only imagine what ur going through. It’s like a waiting game to see how our little ones grow since it’s no tests for some birth defects. Prayers with you because I know you definitely have a lot to think about. My question would be have you talked to your doctor? My doctor mentioned to me that genetic and late age pregnancy is to be considered.
@@browneyedbaltimore2044 No i haven't talk with him about that, but will. I'm just scared for my second kid to be diagnosed with autism. That's why I want to get the surgery and get removed my tubes. Im 28years but im hundred percent sure i don't want to have any more kids. Thank you for replaying 🙏🏼❤
I totally understand. Definitely talk to ur doctor. I’ve had to do genetic testing with a few of my pregnancies. It can be stressful wondering and waiting for results. I know it’s easier said then done but Stay prayerful. ❤️🙏🏽
I had my tubes tied back in 2017 because I didn’t want children and I wanted to have a child free life with my ex. We broke up in 2019 and eventually got with my current boyfriend the next year. Anyway, it’s been 5 years since I had it done. I had someone told me that Fallopian tubes grow back. Now back together but enough for me to possibly get pregnant. I was shocked but at least I needed to know.
Hi from Australia😊 I have had my 5th baby and also got post partum high blood pressure at 3 weeks pp. Im still on blood pressure tablets 11 months later. Im booked in to get my tubes out in 17 days but im scared of side affects
Hey hun… Thanks for commenting. Hopefully one day you’ll be able to get off the blood pressure medication. They say garlic water helps. It’s been right at 2 years since I had my tubes removed. Honestly I haven’t really noticed a change. My cycles are off but I think it’s more so of my age and going into menopause. It was a very easy procedure. I’m glad I made the choice to have it done. Don’t be scared. Blessings with you.
This day in time I probably would have had only 1. Everything is so expensive. My made sure he reminded me over and over that it was permanent. At 43 I was so done. Blessings that you have a smooth journey as I did.
Where did you get details on the procedure? I am looking into it and reading online and watch vids here. Seem some ppl get Lots of long term symptoms 🤷🏾♀️ post tubaligation syndrome…?
The details were given during my pre-op visit. I had my procedure in January. I’ve had no side effects yet. I did look at the possible long/short term side effects. Seems like everything (procedure/ no procedure) give the same or similar side effects. My obgyn highly recommended me getting them removed over tied. Which I had my tubes tied then reversed
Thanks for the feedback. I wouldn’t recommend no one tie there tubes and especially not recommended any woman to remove there tubes after 1 child. I had my tubes tied in 2010 and a tubal reversal in 2016. Life can bring many unexpected hurdles. Mines was the list of a child and husband. Please think long and hard about it. If you and ur spouse totally agree then it totally makes a big difference. Prayers.
@@browneyedbaltimore2044 thank you for the prayers. I took a lot of consideration with that tubes removal decision. My way that my life is going. One kid is amazing to me.
What I wonder is, what happens to the eggs over time? They just stay in the body! Like how does the body dispose of them? This is one of my worries. The other is pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. Rare doesn’t mean never.
Good morning 😊 things are going good. Nothing different other then my cycles are less days. Which is great. …… I’m now 45 so I can’t say if it’s due to the tubal removal or me being premeditation. I will say that it’s been 2years now and “I’ve”noticed no side affects. Everyone may not experience the same thing. Definitely now regrets 😊
I asked my doctor for a tubal ligation surgery which I was advised that it’s just a blockage on the tubes and what I got instead was my tubes removed. I’m only 27, and when I asked he told me that was the procedure? ☹️
Oh wow. Hmmmm I had my tubes tied at 32. When my daughter died in 2013 at the age of 3 I knew that I desired to have another child…. I had my tubes reversed along with two more babies. At 43 I told my doctor that I wanted to tie my tubes again. He said….. ok just know that there is no reverse and that he would be removing them. I didn’t ask if I had a choice or not since I was older and had health issues due to my pregnancy. Honestly if that was the only option he offered and I was younger I wouldn’t have asked another doctor
I think tubal removal is better for you, if a tube is ligated/ blocked you can still fall pregnant but have an etopic pregnancy, which may put your life at risk. Nothing to regret about it, if you ever want kids ADOPT,
@@browneyedbaltimore2044Thanks for sharing. I'm a mom of three. I didn't know getting tubes tied was reversible. I got mine tied three years ago and having complications till now.
