I think it's really cool that there's a game out there that allows people to customize the user interface to such a degree that it looks absolutely alien to other people. Allowing people to explore non-traditional play styles so they can find what works best for them rather than forcing them to play in a way that might hinder their success is a very cool quality to have in any sort of game, and I hope to see more of it in the future.
I guess what I'm trying to say here is that I really want to play Animal Crossing with an electric mixer. Get on that beat, Nintendo.

One of my favorite playstyles is the Wiimote + Nunchuck turned downways, the Wiimote working on aiming to the screen and the Nunchuck's Z and C buttons as input for a more stable click.
Those who have actually played osu! with the wiimote may know that is hard to click with A and B without moving the cursor a bit.
Also, the Classic Controller can do something like the PS3 Controller, moving the cursor with the stick and tapping with the buttons.
