Thank you all for being patient and waiting over a month for a new video from me. I hope you haven't forgotten about me!! Hopefully this video's content was worth the wait and I apologise if there are some mistakes in the video itself. It would mean a lot if you could donate to me as these videos take a while to make and with university life, it's hard to split my time. Any donations are heavily appreciated!! Thank You!!

I've been here for a decent while, and I've practically seen every single team PH match in the 7K World Cup since 2016. I saw so many close calls and sweet victories (like 2016 PH vs Poland, 2017 PH vs Thailand, 2019 PH vs China). Heck, those who seen and heard my commentary on the 2022 semis and 2023 finals week 1 matches could hear the contrast in emotions I had on the outcomes of the two matches. It's honestly still crazy that we've gotten to this point.
If there's anything though, I'm so happy to be a friend to the players in this team. Ingat lang po sa PH manners HAHAHAHA.

Tbh from that very point where jakads quit, that was the point where other countries finally had a chance at getting the title. he reached his peak before he quit and if he continued playing he would probably still absolutely carry SK, like how many 1 200 scores, tiebreaker fc, 99.5< acc scores he put up.
in the end of course he did quit, and the next #1 (dressurf) was and is no where near jakads skill, where jakads left off is probably still able to challenge even kura, dressurf, yz, bssd today, and his quitting started a new era of mania.
in terms of how stacked the teams were, tbh it barely mattered besides kura, berri, yz and dressurf. kura had gone from a good mania player to pretty much the best active mania player and tournament player right now, not to mention how his accuracy went from 97-98 to almost all 99s, but i think the true reason they won was berri's return, kura was already good enough to beat dressurf, so berri really had to step in to match up to yz, berri is not as good as kura but definitely still more than good enough.
in the end i think kura + berri simply were more consistent and higher skill capped than dressurf and especially yz, though both teams are simply amazing, south korea with or without the godlike jakads
man literally held #1 for like 3/4 of the mania winstreak south korea had truly the uncontested greatest mania 7k player of all time
    entozer solos tho >>>>>

The Bocchi the Rock charm actually won them MWC 2023. I've known little about osu! as a whole but seeing the raw dedication from these four is just incredible.
And ofc giving recognition to our country when it comes to absolute gaming is the cherry on top

On that fateful day, the world of competitive Osu was turned upside down as the Philippines defeated the long-reigning world champions, South Korea, in a stunning upset victory. For seven years, the South Koreans had dominated the competition, holding on to their title with an iron grip. But on this day, everything changed.
As the competition began, tensions were high. The Philippines team was facing off against some of the best players in the world, and many believed they were the underdogs in this matchup. But there was something different about this team. Something that made them stand out from the rest. They all had Kessoku Band profile pictures, a clear sign of their unity, determination and fucking DOMINANCE...
As the tournament progressed, the Philippines team fought with everything they had. Every move, every click, every keystroke was made with a fierce intensity. The pressure was on, and the stakes were high. They made it to the finals, but the South Korean team was still their opponent. The team was nervous, shaking, and sweating as they sat down to play the match of their lives.
But then something changed. One player on the Philippines team, Kuraa, went into a trance-like state, moving his fingers across the keyboard with lightning-fast speed. It was as if he had entered a different world, and the audience was captivated by his performance. The crowd erupted into cheers and screams as they watched Kuraa carry his team to victory.
In the end, it was the Philippines who emerged victorious, breaking the seven-year reign of the South Korean team. Fans around the world were stunned, and the internet exploded with excitement. It was a surreal moment, and for those who were there to witness it, it was one they would never forget.
The celebrations were wild and joyous, and even those who weren't directly involved in the competition felt the excitement. People on calls with friends who watched the tournament together were screaming and cheering like they were in the same room. It was truly a momentous occasion, and one that will go down in history as a testament to the power of unity, determination, and hard work.
