It's not as expensive as New York City of course but Philadelphia is no longer considered inexpensive. The rents there are even crazy considering that the city smells like piss and I was raised there so I can say that. Too expensive for the deplorable Cesspool that it is. I took my business away from there when I started seeing philadelphians thinking that destroying their own city was a productive cultural political move. I still love the city. This is a great Channel, I like your straightforward delivery and all the best in the future. I'll continue watching

I can't say you're wrong! I was on a street recently with million dollar homes and it smelled straight up like I was standing inside of a porta potty! I do hope the city gets its act together. I myself live in the suburbs but I do know there are still some parts of the city that don't smell like a toilet 🙂 I'm glad you got your business out of the city before it got destroyed and I agree. I hope that the lawlessness that is happening in some parts comes soon and sometime soon. I appreciate you enjoying my channel and watching! 🙂
