  • 2 Ingredient Flat Bread, Naan Bread, Pizza Crust- No Yeast, No Eggs, No Oven - The Hillbilly Kitchen
This is the World’s easiest fastest bread and you don't need an oven or yeast. It only takes 4 minutes to cook. You can cook it in any skillet, on any stove, even on a campfire. You have to try it to believe it! It is light, fluffy, moist and has a nice springy texture. This is a great recipe for beginners because it is so easy. It makes delicious sandwiches, pizza crust, is perfect for dipping in soup or dinner bread. In less than 30 minutes you can enjoy fresh artisan bread that you made at home.
John 6:35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

You are pronouncing it right! Thanks for this recipe. I am just beginning to learn how to make bread and biscuits. Have never done it and was no one to teach me. So glad you are here to teach me how. My mom passed when I was only 9. She had lupus. And my grandma did not bake so was no one that could teach me till now. I appreciate you, Becky. I Learn a lot of how-to’s from you! Looks easy enough for me. I am going to make this. Thanks again. Put God first 😊

So,sorry to here that, for me it was the opposite, I lost my dad at the age of 11! Bread is easier to make than, rolls! Rolls and, homemade biscuits was a issue, but, I learned how to make them over the summer. What makes the biggest difference is self-raising flour! Prayers and, hugs wishing you the best in your continued learning, aka, some of us that even know how are still learning and, gaining more knowledge as we go, you are never too old to stop learning. So, don’t never apologize for what you don’t know, God Bless!

There are a lot of stove top yeast breads out there that make bread just like you would bake in the oven. My brother fixes appliances and sometime the repair is relatively simple and cheap. Maybe you can have it repaired? There is also the possibility of making your own sun oven. There are tutorials on youtube. God Bless!

God Bless You, Becky! I don't have T.V. or internet, so I go to the local library to watch your videos. I have your cookbook and have sent copies to a couple of friends. I first started to learn cooking at six years old when my Mom became disabled and I lived with my Noni and Aunt for a year. When I was able to go back home, I was the "woman of the house", taking care of my little sisters and learning to keep house. Over the years I find that no one ever turns down anything I make, and during cold and flu season my chicken soup is more welcomed than anything from the pharmacy! Thank you for your heartwarming ministry.😍

The people from India where this bread is from eat it every day. They make this in a Tandoori oven. They cut off pieces and stick it on the inside wall of the oven. When it starts to form bubbles, they pull it off. It's toasty and good just plain or you can use it to sop up gravy or sauces. I knew a lady from India that had this little metal square on legs. She put it over a gas flame burner and when it got hot enough, she put the piece of dough down on it and left it there until it bubbled and got dry on the top. Then she flipped it over and cooked it the same way on the other side. She would make stacks of these and keep them like bread in a bag.

Every time the bread is ready, just slide it out and put it in the tea towel, and put it back into the freezer bag. It keeps them moist and warm. May the Lord bless you and keep you and shine His face upon you!

Becky- this recipe is a great one I’m going to use a lot. I’m going to try this because I use a lot of bread in my home and this is homemade! Thank you and God Loves You!
