Mr. Steve, I made this bread today using your Turbo Bread method. It came out delicious! I’ll be making it again this weekend with my grandchildren. One step I changed was to add the flour, cheese and salt in a separate bowl to make sure all the cheese was evenly incorporated. Then I added to the water and yeast and proceeded with the recipe as usual. I use a loaf pan. And guess what? I found your white spoon at the Dollar Tree! Works much better for my arthritic hands. Thank you so much, sir!

Welcome back, Steve!! I've been following you for a long time now-I've bought your books (use them a lot!) and have introduced many of my friends to your channel. They're now baking bread on their own because of you. SO glad you posted another recipe! Thanks!
Thank you Steve, I am so glad I found you. I used to make kneaded bread years ago and just picked up making kneaded sourdough again when I found your videos. My kids love your honey oatmeal bread and it comes out perfect every time. I can’t believe how easy you’ve made this process and my arms and wrists are grateful to you that they don’t have to knead dough for 15 minutes daily. Thank you. Haven’t bought a loaf since I found you. This dough is proofing now. Cant wait to try it.
I discovered your channel in December and have been making your bread recipes ever since. This cheese bread looks delicious! I will be making this very soon.
I use a modified technique of your original “No- Knead” method. I have an oblong crock pot ceramic vessel with a glass lid I got at a thrift store for $2, and replaced the plastic knob with a cast metal cabinet type. I do the process as you describe the night before, when ready to bake I Pam the inside of the crock, and pour in my proofed dough. Starting with a cold oven set at 450 degrees I time it for 40 minutes duration, rotating it half way through the session. I leave it in the oven after removing the lid and give it an additional 15 minutes to brown the crust the way we like it. This avoids the hot pot transfer step, which I think is hazardous for a senior like me, and also obviates the cleanup of the small pan too. Keep up the innovations you have shown Steve, it makes this fun bread thing so easy. ☺
BeachsideHank, I'm sorry for the newbie question, but exactly what did you mean by "rotate it halfway through?" I liked that you said it avoided a hit transfer, and I want to make sure we're on the same page. Thank you!
I know this question is 9 months ago, but I think BeachsideHank meant to spin it around in the oven just in case your oven doesn’t cook evenly, like mine!😊
I should be able to bake this! Never have had success baking bread unless used a bread machine lol which died many years ago... Thank you for helping me get back to baking bread, just no machine!! God Bless!!
I just started making my own bread; this is so easy thanks to you Steve. I had 4 loaves proofing overnight now sliced and in the freezer to keep us going for a few days. Vegan cheese works just as well if anyone wants to know; maybe better as it doesn't melt as well as cowmilk cheese.
Thanks so much for your videos. I'm a bread lover, and thanks to you I can make my own. I mostly make whole wheat bread since I must lose weight for health reasons. Please make more whole wheat varieties. 🤗🤗🤗🌻🦋

I put it into a round dish pan that was brand new and stirred it covered it left it on the counter overnight baked it off in the morning it was fantastic. Steve, I am so grateful that I saw your video about making little loaf pan loaves using the no-knead formula. I then sliced the bread from those loaves to make the crostini for a party. The crostini were delicious and tender even a few days later. Amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my baking heart!!!
I've a;ways been intimidated with baking. But lately I have had a few successful attempts, thanks to youtube in general. In the search for easy to make breads, I just discovered your channel yesterday. You make it so simple and easy to understand. Thanks so much! I am going to try all your vegan/vegetarian breads.
I am so pleased with everything you have taught me....and the flavour is exquisite...no complications, no additives, just perfect! Then, I sliced the bread very thin and toasted it...perfect crispini or cracker if you toast it longer...just divine!
I have the Kindle book and it's well worth it. This dough can make so many different breads. I like the jalapeño cheddar for sandwiches. You can pretty much use whatever additional ingredients you like once you know the technique.
This turned out very delectable! I didn't have any cheddar, but I did use a combination of Monterey Jack and Mozzarella. It was very delicious dipping them in marinara sauce! I'm going it try again with Cheddar.
So glad to see you again!!! You are the single most responsible person that taught me to make bread! I have made so many of your recipes for myself, family & friends. Thank you!!
Omg my mouth is watering! You make it look so easy. I’m gonna try this because I love cheddar bread. Oh who am I kidding haha I love ANY bread. Especially if it’s homemade!
I over heard someone say, YOU ARE THE BOB ROSS of baking - love your channel and going on to invest in your recipe books Thank you Steve - you are just one marvellous man 🙏👌
WOW! after searching many video bread recipes...someone is finally telling me what size dutch oven i need to use. if i were baking a cake or pie...they would say what size pans i need. thank you steve! i only subscribe to people that give a FULL recipe...
Well, I ordered your book from Amazon and made my first loaf of cheddar cheese bread! It was amazing and my family are begging me to make more! Thank you so much for making bread from scratch fun. Highly recommended!
Work of art! I always ask myself why do people make it so complicated to do anything nowadays? The way they work, garden, cook you name it they make it look so difficult young people get discouraged and ready to give up without even trying. Thank you, Steve, I can't wait to bake this for my 96 year old mom.
Steve...amazing how easy it is to make bread! Tried bread machines in the ole days because kneading bread hurt my back. 1st time trying this, my dough was dry as a bone the next day. My yeast was old. Made another batch with new (not expired)!...perfect!
You are the bomb when making bread ! You make it so easy compared to others. You take the stress away and all the unnecessary steps to make any kind of bread to taste delicious ! Thanks so much again!!
Me too!! I Love Watching these too!! I used to make the hard way bread when I was younger. Steve, I am so grateful that I saw your video about making little loaf pan loaves using the no-knead formula. I then sliced the bread from those loaves to make the crostini for a party. The crostini were delicious and tender even a few days later. Amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my baking heart!!!
5 years ago your channel got me into home baking. Thank you~
Hi you are a very good teacher. Relaxed , systematic and easy to follow. Thank you . At 70 i have started making breads regularly inspired by you.
You are a genius Sir. Since I discovered you I now know how to make bread. Thank you Sir. You are a breath of fresh air. Thanks
It's good to see u back sir😊
I am so pleased with everything you have taught me....and the flavour is exquisite...no complications, no additives, just perfect! Then, I sliced the bread very thin and toasted it...perfect crispini or cracker if you toast it longer...just divine!
Never disappointed with your recipes....Thank you
I have the Kindle book and it's well worth it.
This bread is such a treat. We all love it! Thanks Steve!
Steve that looks like another winner!
You remind us of our previous neighbor, Steve, a Navy Seabee Vietnam Veteran . You’re awesome! Thanks Steve!
Watching from the UK. THANK YOU for sharing your knowledge and skills. May God bless you.
So glad to see you again!!! You are the single most responsible person that taught me to make bread! I have made so many of your recipes for myself, family & friends. Thank you!!

WOW! after searching many video bread recipes...someone is finally telling me what size dutch oven i need to use. if i were baking a cake or pie...they would say what size pans i need. thank you steve! i only subscribe to people that give a FULL recipe...
Nice to see you again sir!!! Awesome baking. One for my recipes thank you.
Love ♥️ all of your bread recipes! You’re a jewel 💎
Love u n your video steve...
You my good man have single handedly taken away my fear of making dough.
Recently found your channel and need to give you 4 thumbs up! With your instructions making bread never seemed so easy! Thank you so much!!!
The bread looks awesome Steve and the rolls would be great for any sandwich. Thanks much for this vid.

I make this all the time now, along with the jalapeno cheddar bread.

First time here; Steve, you make it look so easy! Thank you! On my list this week. Big Lots sells Bob's Red Mills bread flour and I've got a 20% off coupon. I smell fresh artisan bread, and rolls, in my near future!
