Would you happen to have any ideas on why when I am under my car loosening the 10 millimeter bolts the bolts will not come all the way out they just spin the bracket is solid no budging. the bulbs come down a little bit but they both seem to be stripped is it possible there might be rust between the bracket and where it mounts to?
@@kingoftheville Yes sir when I turned the ratchet I can see the head of the bolt turn as well and it makes squealing sounds. I'm going to try the other side hopefully they come out normally if not then I will break out the Dremel LOL thank you so much for your quick response! you have a subscriber.

Is your ratchet catching the bolt? And it could be stripped threads that are holding the bracket

It's not a relay. It's just a connector.
