A tough job. I am a older Australian male and have never been to the Philippines. I do feel sorry for the girls doing this work and most work to support family etc. Please do not look down upon them. They do not deserve to be treated badly.
Too right. Most GROs are just nice girls like this in a tough spot. Some are not ofc, it attracts bad apples. But I worked in Balibago (they call it "Angeles", an error) for 4yrs. Oh wow Paul, such a sweetheart. So sad for these girls, I hope she succeeds in leaving this life behind. Thank you for the communication earlier in the week on the CP profile girl, love the videos.
I was surprised by Clarise's sense of humor - always laughing. On my island, I think the average working person retail, gas attendant etc makes 500 php a day, 2.5k week, 120k year. If Clarise is pulling down 12k per week, 576 k per year, then I hope she is saving money to make a life change.
Very few Filipinas can save money....most live only in the moment of NOW (which has some positives vs. living for the future but it does make money managing unlikely).
I doubt she is pulling down that much. I was friends with a bar girl in Subic before i met my wife. We talk quite a bit about the ins and outs (no pun intended) My friend was lucky if she earned 20K peso per month
400 a day for supermarket worker here in Pangasinan! If full-time, 6 days, 8 hours a day. Unfortunately, many are on only short term contracts . So , the employer can avoid paying for ss phil health ect. Being made a ' regular ' , is a rarity! Sadly. So many desperate people chasing a job! Some employers can demand a college education, even for very low paid jobs!. One girl I know, had a job in the local market, selling plastic slippers, salary was 150 ($3) pesos a day!!!
I always thought working girls are very brave going out with different men. She sounds like a smart young lady. I hope she will find a good foreigner who will take her out of that lifestyle. Life is hard in the Philippines. Sometimes the only way out was to marry an old foreigner or do illegal work.
It would be a rare for a foreigner to take her out of this life style, take her for her word 4 guys a week X 52 X 2 years. 432 guys. I don’t think any guy wants to be with somebody with that higher body count. in reality she is probably in the mid 30s and her body count exceeds 2000 guys. I. However this is a great episode I would encourage you to start interviewing more like this is a whole new ballgame for you. I believe you’re a readership with double
Hope she keeps away from the drugs. That is a very slippery road. Also getting a Filipino boy friend, who will take advantage of her earning potential!
Here in Thailand even when a foreigner comes in to sponsor a sex worker, most girls still sell pu$$y when their sponsors not around. The bigger money opportunity is very addictive for these women. One of my regulars I see here in Thailand has had a sponsor for 5 years paying her 30k baht a month, yet she still fukks guys when he's home in the states. I've fukked her 108 times now. She is a sex addict and simply needs dick just as much as she wants as much cash as possible
Very positive interview and insightful for people that have no world understanding of life choices just to survive. We see this in the US, Europe and all over ASIA. Accolades to Clarice for being straight forward and honest about her situation. Accolades to you and Mae for doing a decent interview. Wonder how long before UA-cam removes this as some church lady gets offended.
I lived in Cebu for a year and went to the bars, mainly to play pool. I met quite a lot of the girls and all were very charming and lovely to be with. Many had hard life and bad luck and most didn't like the work obviously. I didn't have time for the girls who had 2-3 clients a night and we're not chatty. I wish this girl luck, her step mum hopefully will help her get on the right track. I think she is needed to look after her step sister more than anything else. I hope that doesn't keep her from progressing. Nice personality but not my cup of tea, in fact although I like slim, she looked too skinny.
I'm a navy veteran and was in subic in 80s n 90s, and thank God I know better these days. I plan to come to Duemegette a few years but coming for the health benefits of Philippines.
She's charming and funny and seems to be reasonably intelligent. It goes to show you how circumstances can dictate what a person becomes. She's doing what she can to survive. By her own admission she doesn't like what she's doing and wants a better life but, she has to get an opportunity. I hear on some vlogs that darker skinned women like her have a much harder time getting a "regular" job over there. If she can stay clean from disease and drugs and get off the street, I think she will eventually be OK.
Paul you continue doing an amazing job finding such interesting people to interview! It says a lot about you that people trust you and feel comfortable to open up. Here’s to learning new tricks! ✌️
Great interview. She was a great interviewee, and she has a positive attitude. I really hope one day soon she meets someone that would take her away from that lifestyle.
G-DAY. Appreciate your video and Respects u gave 2 the young lady. My prayers 4 her. Hope she does find happiness. Please always keep safe and healthy stay healthy .
Great interview Uncle Paul. You asked the tough questions and she didnt hesitate to answer them all. Like others i may need to see proof she is only 25. Was a bit confused with some of her answers. Sometimes she sounded like she was using the interview as advertising herself and yet she says she doesnt like what she does. A bit conflicting. I wish her all the best. 🙏
Great video Paul. It was priceless when she made you blush the first time 😊 Thanks you and your wife for sharing this, it really made my day. You seem to make me laugh 😂 prayers for her. I hope things turn out for the best for her.
Oh My Goodness...this came out of the blue! Did not expect this interview here. However, for someone so charming and funny she could make someone a good partner. I bet, Mae was laughing in the background. Not many working regular jobs in Dumaguete are making 8,000 + PHP a week. That is reality.
@@craigsmith2755 I did the sums, 4 customers a week over 52 weeks a year x the last 5 years = 1040 client sessions. I think the ability to pair bond may be impaired. Which is a shame.
Clarice is a nice girl & has the right thoughts to change her life. I hope her plans come true ! Paul you have a way making that interview flow seemlessly - nice job.
True to wish but we all know too well the reality. Too bad for the lady as she's upbeat and outgoing. She could be a tour guide without the private extras but that kinda money is hard to turn down.
Awkward but very interesting. You both were excellent. I wish she had shared her FB. I have a friend in Myrtle Beach that is an escort. She is in her late 40s. She does very well. She travels around the world. I met one of her clients when we happened to be in London at the same time last April. The client was pleasant, respectful, and he obviously cared very much for her.
@@sandrabentley8111 The point is...this is often a difficult occupation that is worthy of great respect. The other point is that I know people who have made this work. The point is this vocation is something that should be normalized. I also used to buy large amounts of weed... to finance my education...from an escort that NASCAR hired. The amount work she had to do to know every team. Every team member. Every sponsor. Every track. Was incredible, 100s of hours a week pouring over press releases. Race results. Sponsor announcements. Etc. It isn't easy work. It also isn't always the job of last resort.
Hi Paul & Mae Great Interview with the young lady, this is a hard life working as a working/ bar girl going with guys you not really want to it’s one of the oldest profession in the world. Also some guys just want some female company especially if they are like her bubbly personality and very honest and straight forward. I like to wish her all the best for the future and I hope she finds a nice guy some day we all deserve to be happy. Keep up the great work Cheers Irish Paul
My opinion: Stop. Leave it behind and soon your life will improve. You'll most likely notice that your self-esteem rises sharply. Yes, life is hard, but that doesn't make the "easiest" path the best choice. You are worth more than that. You owe it to yourself to be the person you can be and it'll surely help you have a happier life. Just my 2 cents. Only my opinion. You are in charge. You decide. It's your life. Thank you Paul and Mae for putting a spot light on the darker sides of Duma too. A very respectful and informative interview.
Unfortunately your “2 cents” worth of advice is competing with her approximate $1,000 (US Dollars) a month income from this “Vice”. Maybe some Richard Gere type of fellow will come along for her.
That's easy to say from the West where if we apply for enough work, we're eventually hired. For someone with no income, no safety net or entity to hand out food or housing, it's a much different deal. I hope she can break free from this lifestyle and find a way to support herself or have someone take care of her.
Doesn’t seem like she really dislikes her job. Looks pretty happy and laughs A LOT. She is not ashamed and sad. That’s for sure, and i that is good. It’s nice to like your job 👍🏻
Great interview, and it's a public service I would say. I got friends who worked like that, some have married and moved overseas. It's common work in most of South East Asia, I never met anyone who dose it because that want too. I hope this will be the viral video.
Easy to judge these ladies. But think about it - it’s hard for someone like her to access unemployment benefits, these girls are generally uneducated, and often are the sole bread winner for their families. She said she doesn’t like the work but it’s an attractive option for these girls financially . So give her a break - she isn’t hurting anyone and aswell she has a great personality.
Ask any Filipina working at typical jobs and I suspect most are not happy with their jobs! But hey, are average foreignesr happy with their jobs? Most probably are not. They also do it $$$.
@@davida.4933spot on. I've been mongering in Thailand for 8 years and you occasionally meet girls who are simply sex addicts. These women are the ones I repeat until they either lose their mojo or move on. They are rare to find though.
I never understand why anyone would judge a girl in a 3rd world country turning to sex work to survive. I think they are very brave and worth their money unless they hoop jump during the sessions with their customers
Hi Paul Great Topic , lovely young woman, she deserves better. I hope to meet you someday and maybe we could make a difference there, some kind of chariety work. I have a Filipina I am joining soon. Keep up the great work.
Its much wiser to find an unique item or food on youtube and husstle it to foreigners. Learn Mexican food. Everyone loves it but can't get much here. We cook it every week at home. Of coarse I'm from Texas (living in Philippines) so already know the secret recipes. Good luck lady.
She's proud of being skinny because even in the Philippines, more and more women are fat esp after they lose their youth. Maybe not as fat as average Australian or American women because they have smaller frames, but fat nevertheless. A big reason is simply the dietary shift in recent decades.
@@davida.4933 but this is a 'hard life' kind of skinny. She admits she has to do this in order to eat. This is a tough profession, she's only 25 and she looks very sad.
@@cletushatfield8817 Nope - just someone who has provided accommodation to many Filipina in SG for over 15 years. Regarding skinny - there is slim and then there is skinny. To me, that level of slimness indicates an almost starvation diet. She is surviving.

@@Bambamsdad13 Idealistic but won't work as you might hope (very few exceptions). I tried to help move a nonworking but poor Filipina out of a lousy environment into a better environment all expenses paid and let's just say the social experiment didn't work.
Wow - Clarice is so full of life, charming and upbeat ... this was a great interview. We can only hope her upbeat (bordering on hyper) nature is due to her naturally lively, friendly personality and not due to the substance abuse (shabu?) that many such girls fall into in order to tune out the unfortunate reality. As she says herself her physical traits are very attractive to foreigners (probably not so much Filipinos) and she has a fun personality so she really needs to get out of this business now and meet a good man and share a real, mutually-satisfying relationship with him. I hope she manages to do this before she becomes one of the older, "haggard" (Filipinas love that word) ladies of whom she spoke on the Boulevard. I am concerned about her privacy and effect on her future of putting her face on a popular YT channel for everyone to see now and forever ... unless she's knowingly doing it simply to find new clients?
I'll bet those places she mentioned will be busier than normal in the next few days..😂 😂. Hope she can find happiness, I think her laughter is a cloak hiding her depression 🙏🥹
Another enlightening vid Paul 😊 and respectfully treated 👏 It would be a hard life for Clarice and like some other professions she has a time limit and it’s good she has a plan to stop soon
Good information, loved the items where you though you had to insert a bleep. I know it's a serious topic, but it was also done with a bit of humor so very intresting.
They always say “I have to do it for the money” but the reality is 99% of the people in her situation don’t sell them self on the street. What she’s really saying is I find this work easier.
I have lived and traveled all around the world, in and out of the military. Interesting interview. I personally do not engage working girls. I enjoy the hunt, more than the capture. There are so many provincial/town women, and tourist females, that want merely an enjoyable short or long term companionship. I currently live in a beach town in Central America. The women are flirtatious, friendly, approachable, and beautiful.
4X a week at 2.5K average is 40K a month. I live in the US and my X was a cam girl and was just entering prostitution. That stuff takes a toll on a woman's heart for sure. I gave her money, we were together in real many times in South America during pandemic for 16 months. She did not jam me up or anything, but it was her very past that hurt her inside that broke us up as she was traumatized. Even afterwards I offered to send her to therapy on my money and she was respectful and refused. I am so against prostitution, it kills women inside and makes me sad when I see the need for this.
I enjoyed your video EXTREMELY ! ! ! ! With all due respect. I have been to the Philippines. I have traveled a great deal. I am a bit slow, but reflect & most always analyze events. Stereotyping your guest working girl might be harsh. My view through the video was a woman, which was screaming working girl. The outfit, the hair, the I'm a good girl comments. Poverty is high in the Philippines. There is a lazy route to sex & drugs, & death. The long standing phrase comes to mind: "You can take the bar girl out of the bar, but you cannot take the bar out of the girl!" Sadly she is very damaged goods. Maybe 1/1000 can leave the bar lifestyle. The video brought back memories of the Philippines. Thank-you very much !
She seems like a really nice person. Got a good positive attitude inspite of her struggles. I am not saying it is right, but at least she's smart to care about her well being. I wish her the best, thank you Paul and Mae for a great interview. My suggestion if she's ok with it, she should save her money 💰, maybe if she wants to, she can start whatever business she might want to have. Got to start somewhere. May God bless her, you and your lovely wife!
Not a good idea, because most businesses fail. Getting a job past 30 years of age will also be very difficult. That's the sad reality in the Philippines.

It is hard...but it happens for some... you would be suprised.
@@flinx649 very few
@@davida.4933same as Thais
@@Electrichead64I don't believe she is doing those numbers either
@@genebaket Correct. The other problem with a high body count it correlates with more difficulty in strong bonding.
He could have blurred the girls face, now the world knows her.
I never realized how good I got it until I started learning about the Philippines
Had wondered if you would ever do “one of these” type of videos. Thank you for doing it.
She is beautiful, intelligent and has a very nice kind of humor.
I hope she finds a way out of her situation.
She seems to be a really genuine, nice person. I wish her best of luck.
I'm a navy veteran and was in subic in 80s n 90s, and thank God I know better these days. I plan to come to Duemegette a few years but coming for the health benefits of Philippines.
She seems like a very happy person. It would be nice if she was a blogger talking about the Philippines I would subscribe I like her happy attitude.
Best chance is with a working Filipino.
Won't be a Filipino guy!!
oh im sure he will his initials are HIV
It was nice to meet both of you, Paul and Baby Mae today. Keep up the good work on the vids. Thanks for taking a minute for the pictures. Take care.
Good evening Paul, Baby Mae and Tada! Clarice’s life is very unfortunate. I hope she can return to a normal life one day. God bless
I hope so too
G-DAY. Appreciate your video and Respects u gave 2 the young lady. My prayers 4 her. Hope she does find happiness. Please always keep safe and healthy stay healthy .
She’s a treat !! Hope she can turn her life around ❤
I wouldn't be surprised if she said she was 30.
I see Clarice every time I go to Whynot. All this time I thought she was just a really enthusiastic dancer.
I doubt it, she has been ran through too many times. But at least she doesn't have any (visible) tattoos.
She seems really nice, I hope she gets into another line of work soon
Awkward but very interesting. You both were excellent. I wish she had shared her FB. I have a friend in Myrtle Beach that is an escort. She is in her late 40s. She does very well. She travels around the world. I met one of her clients when we happened to be in London at the same time last April. The client was pleasant, respectful, and he obviously cared very much for her.
And your point is?
It is very hard to find any job or work in the Philipines with no education or skill!
SMH 🤦🏾♂️ easier said than done with that little amount of income that is available in the economy there for those ladies
My heart 💔 for her. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a healthy new life for her.
Great interview, and it's a public service I would say. I got friends who worked like that, some have married and moved overseas. It's common work in most of South East Asia, I never met anyone who dose it because that want too. I hope this will be the viral video.
great interview i have talked with this girl on the Boulevard 2 times in the early evenings i had no idea she was a working girl
The interview was Funny but also Very serious at the same time, very good interview, I wish the lady a lot better future & lots of happiness 🇬🇧
Great interview, I wish her the best in life.
Nicely done, and what a wonderful young lady...
All respects...
I liked to see this interview, I think it will be the motivation to cause the young lady to move towards a better life.
God bless
Great interview paul, I saw her a lot times in boulevard. I am also curious about her life ...
I married a Filipina and I can say that this Gal you interviewed is not 25, we'd say in her mid 30s. Feel for her and her situation.
The only culprit is the bad, horrible, corrupted government!
Literally Nobody is judging her
Hi Paul,..great video and great interview.
I like your way in that you interview all kinds of people with all "walks of life".
Keep up the great work.
Good luck lady.
that's something new , so refreshing interview , thanks for making this possible Paul
She is a great lady - God bless her
I loved that talk you had with the young lady. It was very interesting and also very cool to watch. ❤❤❤❤
Hi Paul, am sad to see that she is having a poor time, being so skinny, and stuck outside a lot. Hope she can get a better life someday soon.
You sound very American.
She's proud of being skinny because even in the Philippines, more and more women are fat esp after they lose their youth. Maybe not as fat as average Australian or American women because they have smaller frames, but fat nevertheless. A big reason is simply the dietary shift in recent decades.
@@davida.4933 yup, eating rice, noodles ect 3 or 4 times a day, soon puts the weight on. Some many end up fat and diabetic!
Very good interview Paul you handled it very well.
Great interview Paul and Mae.
Thank you for this interview. VERY telling.🤔
Great interview! Wonderful wishing her the best
Greetings from Texas !!!! Everyone has their own opinions ! But many thanks to you both for keeping it real with us and showing people have struggles no matter where you go ! A lot of the other channels just paint a pretty blue sky of how it is over there ! But thank God there is people like you and your wonderful wife Mae that tells the truth !!! And as for the Lady you had on your channel if I had my way I would take her out of there and bring her here and give her a better life that she probably has never in her life known !!!! Never said I would marry ! What I said was bring her here and give her a better life ! Let me dumb it down for you ! A FRESH START !!!!!!!
I only need short time, thats it, period. If she 25 , I'm 9 months old!
I'll bet those places she mentioned will be busier than normal in the next few days..😂 😂. Hope she can find happiness, I think her laughter is a cloak hiding her depression 🙏🥹
I fully agree. There was no joy in her laughter.
Another enlightening vid Paul 😊 and respectfully treated 👏
It would be a hard life for Clarice and like some other professions she has a time limit and it’s good she has a plan to stop soon
Good information, loved the items where you though you had to insert a bleep. I know it's a serious topic, but it was also done with a bit of humor so very intresting.
Very interesting interview. Thank you for sharing
She is such a beautiful young lady it breaks my heart to see her have to do this to survive. Life is unfair!
They always say “I have to do it for the money” but the reality is 99% of the people in her situation don’t sell them self on the street. What she’s really saying is I find this work easier.
Good interview! I definitely like Clarice! Very nice personality. Yes we want her to move on to a new place and better life. Wishing the best for her.
God bless you young lady and I pray you find a better way of life 🙏
I like this girl
She is very candid and blunt. I like that about her 😊
I have lived and traveled all around the world, in and out of the military.
The long standing phrase comes to mind:
"You can take the bar girl out of the bar, but you cannot take the bar out of the girl!"
Sadly she is very damaged goods. Maybe 1/1000 can leave the bar lifestyle.
The video brought back memories of the Philippines.
Thank-you very much !
Great interview I like that girl..she is authentic
When I would see girls like this in Thailand. I would say here is 100b I just want a hug.
This is a very entertaining interview lol. Thanks for the video. Viewing here in a free Sunday @ Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺.
Hopefully Clarice would eventually find a better future in Manila…
She seems like a really nice person. Got a good positive attitude inspite of her struggles. I am not saying it is right, but at least she's smart to care about her well being. I wish her the best, thank you Paul and Mae for a great interview. My suggestion if she's ok with it, she should save her money 💰, maybe if she wants to, she can start whatever business she might want to have. Got to start somewhere.
May God bless her, you and your lovely wife!
Not a good idea, because most businesses fail. Getting a job past 30 years of age will also be very difficult. That's the sad reality in the Philippines.
