I don’t agree with this. By using the roller on the serum covered face you’re putting serum all over the delicate needles of the roller, eventually this will cause them to rust/dull and could lead to infections in the future. Better to roll bare and then apply. The serum will find the holes.
Yea first clean your face , do the roller , and serum and then massage so that the serum goes in . I guess that's the proper way from what I've learnt so far . Btw what serum do you use ? Do you like take minoxidil or finasteride

You are piercing the skin with the needles creating a larger surface area for you to then apply the serum and get a higher rate of absorption because you'll massage it in once you've rolled. Imagine it like a bucket with a lid on it. If you throw water onto the bucket with the lid the inside will stay dry. But if you poke the lid with holes then throw some water onto it, the inside of the bucket will be somewhat wet. Bucket=skin water=serum

WRONG the idea of using derma rolling is to generate more collagen on certain areas (referring to hair growth specifically) So using an a collagen INHIBITOR like say Monoxidil together at the wxact second isn't a great idea, and its not to get the liquid deeper in your skin. That is what actually causes more side effects and doesn't really take advantage of the roller
