The shock dodge at the end happened because your star effect vanishes off the kart for around ~5 frames while the star timer is still running, and the shock hit within those 5 frames, casuing it to be dodged!

5:16 to be honest those bullet bills scared the living shit out of me because it sounded like a plane, and i live right next to an airport, and i thought a plane was about to crash. oh, and a plane was right above me at the time, so so much better.
