To make it glow with out photo editing, glow sticks, or tap lights and still drinkable is take soda water with blue food coloring and stick it under a black light.

Glow stuff isn't that dangerous. If you don't want anyone drinking it then superglue the cap on.

Or alternatively just pour radium into a bottle of coke
You could always put plutonium in it if you want it to glow

If you weather it right with silver and brown paint, and use sand paper on the edges to make it fit on the cap, it looks great. I did this with a bunch of caps
Make the shishkebab from Fallout 3 or the Euclid's-C finder from New Vegas
You should pour tonic water in with the Gatorade so it would glow in black light
I came up with a couple of recepes for both variety's of soda:
Nuka Cola: 1/3 cup of cream soda/sparkling water, 1/3 cup Coke-a-cola, 1/3 cup mountain dew
Nuka Cola Quantum: sparkling water, 5-9 different flavors (make sure it's colorless), and electric blue food dye (found easily in Easter food dye packs)

Using jones soda (berry lemonade) is perfect for quantum
You could probably mix it half Gatorade half tonic water and it would possibly glow under a black light

Good writeup, FYI, I just got some of those glass coke bottles in a 6 pack, if you use acetone nail polish remover, the painted on label wipes right off. To get the residue off I follow it up with just a rubbing alcohol swap and it's virtually completely gone.
Or just wash the bottles in hot water and soap
If you have a black light,supposedly tonic water with blue food coloring will glow under it. Its also drinkable
Because Tonic Water contains Quinine which gives it the nasty taste to it. But it glows under Ultra-Violet Light

It's a little more complicated than the normal light, but it looks better
Ironically glow sticks would be the most correct way because some use strontium 90 like what is claimed to be use to make it glow in game

if i were you, i would actually find 18 fruit juices and mix them up because thats what quantum has other than isotopes
U could use tonic water, blue food coloring and a black light.
It would even be drinkable for a party or something.
You could use instant glow powder, but then you wouldn't be able to drink that anymore... Acctually you could still drink it if you dont mind spending the night at the hospital
I HAS IDEA!!! Just put the glow stick in the bottle (don't brake it... then you won't be able to drink it...) just if you want it to glow. Take it out when you drink it though.
The Nuka-Cola Quantum Caps are actually green with no writing on the caps.

easy way make it a lamp light make two of them one to drink the other for light make a box with a hole in it the size for the bottle and a put a torch those bulky square ones on the bottom turn it on turn the light off put the bottle ontop (i like to fill mine up with blue moth wash)
why not put a uv lightbulb in the cap or under the base, and fill it with plain old tonic water?
You should make "That Gun" the modified .223 from fallout. That way us blade runner fans can also use it.
If you add tonic water it will glow neon blue under a blacklight! Google "tonic water under blacklight" for examples!

When i made them I used Tonic water and a black light. The Quinine in tonic water glows blue in UV light.

in clow stick it has sr 90 witch is well I dont know but what I do know is in the game there is sr 90 in nuke a cola

Well mine is filled with blue food color in tonic water and regular tab water. So if someone drinks it accidently they will taste some bitter lemon instead.

I tried printing a label but it was too big for the bottle. How do I print it to where it's the right size?
I've been having some problems with this, and some advice would be grand. I've got 12 of the small 237 mL bottles, and the labels I've printed are a bit too large for the recessed area where the label was painted. Also, the resolution on the labels is a bit blurry. You can't read the fine print on the back portion. Anyone got any help? It means a lot to me. Thanks in advance!

I used to make these, but never sold any because I had no way to ship them safely and I don't know where to source the glass bottles from in the correct size. The only one I gave away was to my brother for his birthday and it was a Nuka Cola Victory made with highlighter ink. I even made my own and called it Mushroom Cloud, glowing a dark red, made with food colouring.
Btw, I have used the exact same label you have, but do you have any idea where I can find a proper one? I've seen one woman make them and she uses this metallic paper stuff that looks super professional and realistic. I've never been able to find any like that. Any ideas?

My label keeps coming out as the wrong size. It measures at about 10 cm on the 8 cm part. I'm trying to apply it to an 8 oz coke bottle and can't get the measurements right due to how the print function works on windows and the scaling. Can anyone help me with this?
