Bro no way. Where I live u have to have a motorcycle license for anything over 50 cc. Riding a 49 cc scooter would be the best slap in the face to that policy😂
i believe its the same sort of thing in japan, have a 50cc limit here in NZ just need to be 16 and pass your multiply choice written test and you are good to ride your 50cc moped to school and back

Best things get a 49cc scooter, add 150cc wheels and tires and put in a bored out 50cc motor putting out 90cc. Makes for a fun get around that can actually hit 60mph and still low key getaway without a endorsement
