I definitely agree with everything you said besides what you said about the two foot finishes. It is a powerful technique, however, if you rely on them TOO much, expect to tear your ACL or MCL. Even if your between the ages of 15 - 23.
That makes no sense. One legged jumpers have less balance and coordination then jumping off 2. One legged jumpers may get the injuries you just listed. And plus you dont really tear those muscles on finishes.
@@curiouslymavismade Do you have source for your argument? Derrick Rose did not finish off two feet all the time..he was mostly one feet and adjusted to 2x later on.
When you say athletic you mean big, either size or vertical. These examples actually require more athletic body control than simply playing above the rim.

Nash, Tony, and Lowry, they made it look so easy. That’s crazy 😭
I’m definetly gunna neeed this aa a less athletic hooper
John Wall has this package but he was un worldly quick on the drive or fast break. He was honestly top 3 pg in the league.
Thank you so much for this video it helped so much!
Nice I need this. Only bad thing is I can develop no touch with the backboard because my backboard I can practice on is a plastic
im tall but i’m very new o the game compared with everyone else so this will be useful, thanks
(im not athletic as well)
Random UAAP (Ateneo vs UP) footage there lol
Great vids!
the most unstapable shot is floater if u mastered that you can score every time
I thought it was the hook shot lol
I've just always been able to finish floaters over taller Defenders. Its a good thing to practice
Can you next vid be about how to be a better defender as a less athletic hooper
I see that Ricci Rivero "Pinoy Step" you put it
Yessirrrr 🔥
Can u do a video on how to play lower/ be shifty in low positions?
Improve your knee/leg/ankle mobility and strength

@@chosenone182 Then you don't know basketball, Derrick Rose would finish off two feet all the time and he tore BOTH of his ACLs.
