why use steel wool? will not a lint-free applicator be better? Steel wool is woven steel and it can leave bits that rust...? And can you put this over epoxy resin for more protection of the resin for outside use? We have a couple of tables that were done with UV ecopoxy, but it got cracks when the temp got cold out...winter in Canada gets cold! Thanks!

If it freezes or snows, you need to bring our tables indoors for the winter
