Penarth has been on my bucket list of places to visit for years! This is the first video I have seen of it. I really need to try and get there, especially as it's not far from Cardiff Bay, one of my fave places in Wales.

IBS is awful, the girls have it too. Ahh I feel for Mike, I’m the same, sometimes I can’t put one foot in front of the other, then with fibromyalgia on top, sometimes I just want to curl up into a little ball and cry 😢 xxx💕

That was a lovely vlog seeing the sea and scenery. It’s horrible having any stomach problems and being afraid to go out. I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and it’s not nice either . Have you had a bone density test lately.xxxx
@@jackiewale5206 our Drs are useless, they never followed up on the HRT , I stopped taking it due to how it affected me but I wasn’t contacted even though I left a message at reception and didn’t pick up my next prescription xxx💕
Hi Penny I was shouting at the screen when you went into Coffee #1 its my favorite Coffee shop 😊 also when you panned your camera around on the seafront at Penarth and said that over there is Minehead I shouted again because thats where I live 😊 its a small world hun !! I to have Fibro and Oesteoarthrits and Oesteopirosis so I completely get where your coming from hun, it gets you down the pain and fatigue every day is a struggle but we keep smiling dont we 😊 we keep going but underneath were a bloody swan 😂😂😂😂 take care hun love to you and yours xxx
So sorry you've been so poorly, arthritis is a nightmare I have it in my spine and hip. It makes every movement or even just sleeping, sitting painful. I know its now affecting my knees, hands and arms too. You leave your pumpkins where they are missus 😂😂. My daughter and her partner worked at taco bell when they were at uni, training for nursing. Im not keen on it, even though I got a staff discount. ❤ from Geordieland ❤
Hi Dawn, my back is terrible, standing is so painful, I’m always having to lean on things, I only usually go out on short trips and usually only once a week.
