There are times where we go through very difficult situations and nothing seems to work. Some undergo series of dashas that are negative and hence suffer for long time. The worst dasa I ever went thru was venus dasa which was a period of 20 years from 4 Jan 1971 till 4 Jan 1991. The only grace was jupiter's aspect on venus which was a ninth aspect on cancer where the venus was placed. My ascendant and rasi was pisces. I was instructed by an astrologer to give sugar candy to an unmarried girl on a Friday. Doing such remedies can pose problems should it be a weekly frequency. I might be getting a broomstick coming my way from the girl's grandmother. I decided to pass the candy to my maid who was an elderly woman to pass it to her grand daughter. I lived thru the period thru thick and thin.

I'm currently in Saturn Mahadasha, Antardasha and Pratyantardasha so you could imagine how hard it is for me. I also have shrapit dosh in the 4th house in Virgo and I also have an unsupported moon so the depression is so heavy. Venus and Mars conjunct with Mercury in the 6th house in Scorpio doesn't help either. I'll try the mantras recommended but I know with depression it's going to be a challenge to be consistent.

Sir, I have 33 years old. I have been in a Saturn mahadasha since I had 15 years old. Next year Shani dasa will finally end. Since Shani period started my life is about struggling with career, money, family, even health issues. My ascendant is libra. Saturn is in the 3rd house in Sagittarius (Purva Ashadha Nakshatra) opposite to the Moon who is placed in the 9th house in Gemini (Punarvasu Nakshatra). I chant "Om namah Shivaya" often but it's not working. I am from West. I can't understand many things in sanskrit.
