This is really super useful, I don’t know how much it’ll help how my game looks considering I’m running a 960 but this will definitely help with load times and frame drops so that everything is just a smoother experience
it helped me. my computer is old and slow so this guide was very helpful for me as I was lagging a bit too much. i combined it with the image scaling video you posted :)
Can you provide some more context on why you would check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" ? Upon search I see conflicting issues with changing this setting.
Ulitimate Power mode does literally nothing extra. Why the hell do all of you low effort people always recommend to use it? It's like you see the big gamer words of "ultimate" and "super mega" and "Xreme" and then you assume that it actually does something without research.
High performance plan stops the cores from downclocking running at maximum boost clocks for all cores. It can help with microstutters should some cpu cores decide to downclock during a game, don't know the difference with the ultimate power plan compared to high performance, if you actually look at what settings it changes, it does absolutely nothing different.
yeah im running an alienware r11 w/ a 3080 and getting like 70 fps and frame drops when turns are happening... feels like i should be getting more here.

This game needs a lot of optimization from CA still. With a 1660S and a I5 I'm getting around 55 fps in battles and 40-60 fps on the campaign map. A 3080 or a 3090 should be blowing me out of the water.
