This is surprisingly accurate, my school friend group all have iPhones & I'm in the only one w an Samsung & I have felt left out since they'll send each other iMessage games, they'll FaceTime & they'll always call my emojis "goofy" but a phone is a phone & I'm happy with my Galaxy S23.

Seems to be a very common thing in friend groups. But Samsung does make great phones. I loved mine when I had it a few years ago

None of those reasons are why I stick with iPhone. It’s the buttery smooth animations, many years of OS updates, the “it just works” ness, the privacy and security, iCloud, consistent performance, and optimized software. If iOS is on an non-iPhone, I would probably not get an iPhone because the hardware is just mediocre at best. The only thing I like about android is the endless customizability, it’s like Linux, but almost no one likes to use Linux on their main PC.

iPhones are the original smartphone they pioneered modern phones which Apple receives 0 credits, I mean they literally created “apps” why use android which basically copied everything Apple did

lol people feel left out for using an android nowadays? My brother in christ, I use a feature phone, I don't use Instagram or facebook or anything like that. If they will leave you out for not having a fucking iphone just stay away from that "friend" group anyway.

Why do you need 4 iPhones, 6 iPads, 2 Apple watches and 3 MacBooks

Good analytics. But a month ago I switched from Android (android user for decades) to iOS. Main reasons:
    1. There are two main hardware and SW players in the world. Google and Apple. To avoid third parties' involvement there are no big choices remaining but Google equipment is bloody unreliable. Example: Bought last year in Dubai Pixel 7pro has failed after a few months. Cellular connection problem. Motherboard failure. There is no option to fix this phone for almost 1k USD. Never again.
    2. "This app won't work on your device"... WTF??? Seriously???
Myfitnesspal and Strava are examples. IPhone - all works, no issues.
    3. Google support is absolutely useless. They are not to help users rather than protect Google.
    Needs continue?

Yeah, when I got my S23 Ultra after switching from an iPhone 14 PM I HATED the experience. Buggy unreliable UI issues left and right, two motherboard issues, rear camera broke after a simple fall, and so much more. Also the price is just absurd, I honestly don’t know why Apple gets the hate for the prices when literally they’re the same or only a couple insignificant bucks cheaper than the iPhone.
