Thank you so much for this vid! ❤ We've been looking for language to describe and thereby understand and work with our experiences. Our therapist (that we just left after
This is a very helpful and informational video about degree of development within alters for my close singlet friends. I love the details in it and it’s so succinct. Thank you for giving me the means to describe everything in this video! - Emerald
About the every parts are fragments thing, honestly the main reason why “they’re all separate” is said so much is to explain to singlets without them losing the point- Amazing video as always lol
this was very very informative and interesting! Im still tentatively navigating systemhood and learning about everything but a lot of this really clicked with me and helped me understand clear differences between parts and fragments - which is something that has been pretty confusing to me! I havent heard anyone talk about alter complexity in depth like you did, it was very very helpful! Thank you for sharing! ❤🌟
Really informative. It seems like we do not have partials, but have all others, and because it either a "sound" or something far less, we call them all fragments. But it's interesting to see how it is for other systems.

Labels can be helpful for some and not others. It's silly that professionals can't understand different people's needs
