      @@sahildhama6315 If you were asking about the fork, it's when a piece threatens 2 pieces in the same time, which means the opponent is forced to sacrifice one of the involved pieces to save the other.
      As for being sneaky, it's quite difficult for a beginner to predict the pathing of a horse (mainly due to carelessness) and by such to prevent a fork.

    How i call each chess piece:
    Pawn: the normal one
    Rook: Castle
    Bishop: sniper (they literally come at you from the other side of the board)
    Knight: horse
    Queen: overpowered
    King: the weak but must protect one

    What a coincidence! I have a similar story to you! I learned to play when I was 4 or 5, but didn't take the game seriously until I was 17. I went on the chess website (I forgot why) and saw that a PogChamps tournament just happened to be scheduled to take place in a few days! I then proceeded to play a few games and 3:36 was my exact experience. It's been 9 months and I still have an ELO of just 206.

      Most chess websites allow you to "premove", essentially make a move that will automatically be played when your opponent makes a move. It shouldn't be used unless you'er absolutely sure about the development of the game and your opponents moves, lest you might hang your piece or worse

      Interesting how there were two people in my class (just after year 7), they were the dumbest people I ever knew personally like bottom set for every subject and learning disabilities, but they were chess gods winning literally every tournament without even trying. Now one of them had to do an extra year of 6th form college and the other does weed and literally is the biggest stupidest troublemaker ever, so I wish I could agree with your comment but I can’t anymore 😭
